Nice place for a good dinner and beer experience - probably the best in Neu Isenburg. The schweinhaxe was just fine. Reservation is a must, as the place is very frequented. There is also a garden with tables even in the winter.

Kleine Zeitreise gefällig? Dann sollte man hier Kegeln gehen, man fühlt sich 30 Jahre zurückversetzt. 2 alte Bahnen im Keller, hier darf sogar noch geraucht werden (pfui), die Tische sehen aus, wie überdimensionale Nierentische. Die Kugel poltert und hüpft nur so über die "morsche" Bahn... aber zum Feiern perfekt, wenn nicht sogar ein Geheimtipp. Man ist unter sich und hat genug Platz, die Raucher können auch vor die Tür geschickt werden, da sich eine Tür nach drauÃen öffnen lässt!Es gibt Deutsche als auch internationale Küche...FuÃballspiele werden hier zum Teil auch auf Leinwand übertragen und im Sommer gibt es einen groÃen Biergarten, der allerdings an die HauptstraÃe grenzt, was aber nicht unbedingt ein Störfaktor ist!

Wir waren an einem Sonntag zum Mittagessen eingeladen und waren 8 Personen. Jeder hat etwas anderes bestellt und alles sah gut aus. Alle waren mit dem Essen zufrieden und es hat allen gut geschmeckt. Obwohl das Lokal voll war, kam das Essen in angemessener Zeit. Was ich toll finde, ist dass es kleine Gläschen mit Nachtisch gibt. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und professionell. Gerne wieder.

La Lantera has everything you might expect from an Italian restaurant plus an interesting looking specials board. Although why you would want cow-face in sauce (ochsenbäckchen) is beyond me.Although set on a fairly busy road the verandah is around 3 meters above road level and set back a bit, and the other side of the road is wooded so its a pleasant place to eat.The service is prompt and friendly and looks like a busy place with tables showing as reserved even on a Tuesday night. There's around 30 seats outside and more inside i believe.The salad and anchovies i had were excellent. A great place for a meal. Clearly you need a car to get there (or uber of course) but, like the rest of Germany it seems, the car paring is limited to about 10 spaces. But make the effort it's worth it.

So this is on the small town square out of the way of traffic in Dietzenbach (oldish town, not the new development up towards Frankfurt. I has a pleasant out side area with about 80 or so places. The menu is regular modern German, I has the veggie burger. The patty itself was tasty but was not very hot, (it fact more or less cold) when served. perhaps it is a local tradition.The service was so so, but all in all an OK place for a snack meal.Average is not bad!

We were very impressed by the menu, which highlighted regional as well as seasonal offerings, thus ensuring that the food would be fresh and delicious. Despite ours being a good size group with lots of different preferences, we all found something that made us happy.
