Der Axel und seine Frau machen das urige Restaurant wirklich erlebenswert! Selbstgemachte Kuchen, leckerer Wurstsalat, geniale Dinnede, top Stimmung. Empfehlenswert und äusserst gemütlich. Im Sommer mit Biergarten!

We were looking for a traditional German meal on the first night of our holiday. We found Paulaner's, and decided to sit outside. We enjoyed the schnitzel cordon bleu and jagerschnitzel with spaetzel. The portions were good and the beer was even better.

I have been thereon a easy Tuesday night. Food was excellent and the ambiance was decent. Everything was very clean and and servicee was reasonably quick.BUT......When I asked for the bill, I told the waiter that I want to pay by credit card......that started a tirade by the waiter....complaining about AMEX and their high costs.....telling me, that: ...if prices will raise in the future, people can thank that to you......That pretty much screwed the evening for me. Aside of the questionable service, it would have been 4-5..... like this it was a weak 2

this is a hotel restaurant, located in the main street at the town's entrance.The food was great, good ingredients and well cooked. The service efficient and friendly, also the staff are able to talk English.Prices are reasonable comparing what you get.To me, one big PRO is the terrace, on nice days, is pleasant to have a meal outside.

I was hungry after visiting the Hohenzollern Castle, and I picked Noah's. Great choice. I needed something moderately nutritious so I had a Chef's Salad (Chefsalat), and I wanted something sweet so I had a Piña Colada. Both were great. The service was just fine, and though the clientelle was 30 something (much younger than I) I felt completely at home - especially with the '60s - '70s oldies tunes.

Reichhaltige Portionen, freundliches Service, angemessene Preise.Beim Essen gab es ein paar AusreiÃer nach oben (hervorragendes Rib-Eye, gegart wie gewünscht, Spargel mit perfektem Biss) und nach unten (Spätzle viel zu weich, Sauce zum Spargel sehr mittelmäÃig), aber alles in allem war die Qualität gut. Leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht im Biergarten, innen ist es am Sonntagmittag natürlich laut.
