Had the pork "steak" with creamy mushroom sauce, while others in the group had the (apparently very tasty) BBQ skewer and the (tiny but super-thick) Schnitzel. Basic but very well done. And for a warm summer evening, the setting in this old yard with small wooden huts and big wooden tables could not have been better!Kitchen normally closes at 9pm but they kept it open for our late arrivals - thank you!

Our group stopped here for a set lunch. The food was quite good. We ate upstairs. I don't know if there is dining on the main floor.

Tired of a traveling day we just wanted to eat something decent. This was the closest restaurant. ( there is relatively happening in this rural area). We had schnitzel, quail and a pasta dish. Schnitzel was ok, but you expect that in Germany. The was perfectly crisp and still juicy: top dish. The pasta was also very good. We did not appetite for more but will return. And also important, very friendly service.. Spot on.
