Enjoy the treasures of South Tyrolean agriculture and the delights from our forests, refined with the passion and lightness of Mediterranean cuisine. A matching bottle of wine from our wine cellar rounds of this culinary experience!
We stopped here on a coach trip for strudel and coffee. Was all ok, very average, which feels like where the place sets its sights.

We ate a few times in "Zur Muhle" and every time it was even better than expected. The pizza's are original, very tasty/spicy and not at all expensive. Other pasta meals were also splendid, especially for the relatively low prices. Service was with a big smile and very fluent, even our children still talk about it.... You can sit outside, on a pleasant terrace, and inside in an old mill. Wine choise is very honest and cheap. The perfect place if you are in the neighbourhood.

We were walking around Tramin trying to find place to eat, as we didn't want another pizza, and we walked by this restaurant and decided to give it a try. First impression is more of a German stube but food is anything but German. It was super good pasta with local cheese and ham, topped with good and fast service.Absolutely worth visiting!

It is a very nice family-run organic restaurant where you can taste the products of their farm. The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. It is also nice to sea the whole family working together to make their best to make their clients happy. They open only during few months since in the other months that have to care about the farm. They produce their own wine. All what we tasted was superbly delicious and healthy .

Seems to be very popular at the locals at it was full over lunch time and we did share a table with another couple. Food was good and affordable, specially when you like meat!!! This is a meat lover place, but for vegetarians only salat and side dishes, but still good. The Tomato/Mozarella was perfect and the baken Zucchini have been very good and popular wit the crowd. Self-Service no problem and very quick, easy and convinient. We did like it for a quick snack!

This is a family run place. The food is good and the portions huge. It is good value for money. The food is cooked by the elderly owner and it is good. It is very busy so be prepared to wait.
