Situated along one of the canals that runs through Leamington Spa The moorings at Myton is a wonderful place to sit and relax. We had discovered a special recipe of Sesame Thai hot wings at the music festival in Leamington spa hoping that they might be on the menu. Alas, they are not but their traditional hot wings and other entrées were also very good. Maybe next time?

The Antelope Inn in Lighthorne, Warwickshire is a beautiful early nineteenth-century pub set in a picturesque village, with real log fires, exposed beams and flagstone flooring. Friendly staff serving great fresh food, fine wines and a selection of real a
This place is a little gem, with lovely staff, it's dog friendly, and has a really cosy feel to it. We sat outside and enjoyed the surroundings, whilst tucking in to a beautiful Sunday Lunch. I was very impressed by the quality of the food and the fact that everything is cooked fresh. Comforting, home-cooked, simple food. Nothing fancy or gourmet. The menu has a good range to choose from and there's plenty behind the bar to select! It isn't a cheap eat, but you know what you're eating is decent. I highly recommend a visit! Now we have discovered this country pub, we plan on redirecting our weekend walks to make sure we have to walk past for a bite to eat or drink.
The Duck On The Pond is a family friendly pub & restaurant, serving a wide selection of drinks, & quality, home cooked meals. We have recently had a major refurbishment
We visited this pub after recent refurbishment and now under new management. The welcome was friendly and first impressions were very good and the experience was memorable. The menu is extensive and with some unusual options. The food was excellent, good portions and served quickly and with humour! We will certainly visit again!

There has been a public house on the site of The Bowling Green dating back to 1520. The original building was destroyed in a major fire in 1741 that accounted for many of the buildings on Coventry Street. The current Bowling Green pub was rebuilt in 1750
We ate here on a Wednesday evening as a table of 4. We had booked a table but unfortunately the staff were preoccupied with serving drinkers/diners sitting in the garden. The service was incredibly bad - ages to take order (20 minutes), ages for food to arrive (45 minutes), forgetting to bring steak knife for steak (despite being asked twice) no table check, no sauces (the waiter forgot) no drinks order taken after drinks finished. The food was average. The chicken Caesar salad was as far removed from a Caesar salad as you can get (who has ever heard of onions, peppers and a poached egg on a Caesar salad?). The steak was very tough and the gammon was thin and grey. As no steak knife arrived the steak was inedible. We couldn't tell the waiting staff as they had vanished! The fish and chips was good however. This was a birthday meal and we were all left disappointed. For local pub grub this place isn't cheap and did not live up to expectations.

Had a lovely meal here yesterday evening. Food was served piping hot and very tasty. Service was excellent and waitress was lovely and helpful. Nice comfortable surroundings with good atmosphere. Food was served quickly and well presented. My steak was cooked perfectly and my husband had the smoked haddock with shellfish risotto which he said was great. The hot chocolate puddings ordered by 2 of our party were excellent.
