All was excellent!!!!!The ( sandre fillet) The amazing ananda tatin full of flavors!Big bravo to the chef .Usually I visit France a lot of times per year for business reasons .I have to say that the food in this restaurant is unique!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If I will be again in Saumur for sure I will go again .Service was fantastic also and you are not rushed out for the food .They let you enjoy ... and this is the key.. of hospitality!The chef and restaurant deserve a Michelin.Keep up the hard work .Thanks

Very small, but very, very good. Do not be put off by the rather bare counter on the ground floor. Upstairs is a colourful and well appointed dining room with views over the square. The menu is short and relatively simple, but everything we ordered was delicious, including a first class tiramisu. Wine list short but varied. Service friendly and efficient. Very good.

My sister took me and my partner for a meal there whilst visiting her in Saumur.She had been raving about the seafood choucroute for ages and there was no way we were not going to be trying it!The restaurant itself is located in an industrial zone near the big Leclerc and has plenty parking.Our waitress wasn't the most friendly, more straight to the point - but we were really there for the food so we did bypass that!The seafood choucroute did not disappoint and I would highly recommend it to anyone! It was plentiful and very tasteful.Just talking about it makes me hungry!
