The independent city of Rosenheim (Central Bavarian: Rousnam) is located in the centre of the district of Rosenheim (Upper Bavaria), and is also the seat of administration of this region. It is located on the west bank of the Inn at the confluence of the rivers Inn and Mangfall, in the Bavarian Alpine Foreland. The restaurant was full, full, full on this bank holiday when we entered at 1 pm. We were greeted nicely by the owner and then guided by a young lady to one of the "Stuben" where we had to wait for free seats, but only a short time.Great atmosphere, nice decoration that really matches and goes through the whole interior. Everywhere you find a deer. On the curtain, the porcelain, on the table, the lamps...Food was good, but my expectation was a little higher and the service could have been a little more friendlier, even though it was full, full, full of people!

Really nice Palace for good local food (even a fine choice for veggies) and cool, delicious beer. The location appears smaller in the Outsider, but there several huge bavarian.style rooms to choose from and also the balcony and the beautiful little beergarden!!!

I have recently been back to Duschlbräu and food is still of a high quality. In the spring I like to have the Montafoner Schnitzel with the Bärlauch sauce and Spätzle but unfortunately that isn't an option in the summer as the wild garlic is out of season. The food is cooked fresh and beautifully presented and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. The beer garden is lovely and has fans to cool it in the hot temperatures, it is also covered which is good if it rains.Duschlbräu is definitely somewhere I would still recommend!

Upon entering this restaurant if you are a person of over 50 you will notice an amazing similarity to an old British railway station waiting room. The mixture of green paint looks like something out of the late 50âs. The furniture I suspect also comes from around this era. The service is fast and friendly and on looking at the menu we were relatively surpassed at the prices as it was not expensive at all. There is a very good choice although most of it was what is known as Hausmannskost here. Basically it is good plane fare or home cooking.Everything is cooked fresh and the meals were well presented and well cooked. They even have the normally Austrian speciality of Backhendl a deep fried chicken in breadcrumbs. There is outside seating available as long as you donât mind the traffic going by. This however varies at different times of the day. Having been at this restaurant at various times and on numerous occasions we personally found that an evening meal in summer was best, but that may have just been for us. Some people like places to be a bit busier or at least more active. Having said that there is normally quite a lot going on here and the restaurant is situated in the town centre. It is always worth dropping in here if you have the time and need to eat something rather than fast food.

I spent a night in the hotel and I have a dinner an a breakfast with my family coming back from the Oktober Fest in Munchen. I suggest you this quite and comfortable hotel in which you can taste topical Bavarian food and beer.....
