As we are not seasoned âfrenchâ travellers we were delighted to find this bistro open and selling food after 12! Peter greeted us with open arms and gave us some amazing recommendations from the wine to the carbona au pollet. It was delightful. Hilde explained the desserts to us, so we had to stay for more. Well worth the stop and you will be well looked after and attention to detail is evident. Thank you so much for feeding us and also giving us some top tips to see in the area x

I went with two girlfriends on two occasions during our one week stay in Nogaro. Word was that this is a great place to eat and we were not disappointed. It's a family business. The menu is clear and clean. The portions are generous. I love fish and felt to be truly spoiled. On the second visit we all decided to go for Creme Brûlée and it was very good. Wide dishes and not deep. The fish cassoulet was magnificent. The lamb shank was unbeatable. All worth a visit to Nogaro

The whole of the southern Gers is sharing our loss of Racine on the move from Tillac to Lectoure . We therefore made an effort to hunt down the new place. They have certainly found there home in Lectoure. Having only been open there a few months , itâs important to book. We watched many people get turned away.Again the food was great, they use fresh and in season local produce. Starters varied between asparagus, to pate, to octopus (ok not always local).My fish main was perfect, with a choice of porc and chicken. Apologies I forgot to take pictures until dessert! Beautifully presented. Filling but not stuffed. Worth visiting. Combine with a trip to the brocante or the nearby gardens at coursiana

Cet endroit est convivial - nous avons dîné dans la petite cour intérieure - très cosyles hamburgers maison sont excellents et gros servis avec des délicieuses frites maison et de la saladeles coupes glacées sont délicieuses et bien servies
