We tried this restaurant recently, and were very pleasantly surprised. The decoration was cozy and looks better than the picture suggests (chairs are leather, and downstairs there are leather sofas). Open kitchen but well ventilated. Small menu, but each dish was very well done, good choice flavors and perfectly cooked. Wine - you can taste before you take your glass, or choose a bottle from the impressive choice in the cave. Very friendly service, and they have music sometimes too! We are going back tonight.

We frequented this restaraunt several times. They do have a communication barrier but we managed to order what we wanted. The food is superb! The employees are very helpful and friendly. I miss not going there. We will definitely go back if we are ever back visiting in Gif Sur Yvette. By far our favorite place to eat!! I posted two of my favorite dishes. The first was lamb and the second was a pot of mussels. I would highly recommend both dishes!!

We stayed at the nearby Novotel at the Golf National, home of the 2018 Ryder Cup and 8 of us chose to eat at Alyson Kfe on Friday 21 October and arrived by taxi.Menu looked good and soon we placed our orders for starters and main. The starter arrived double quick and once we finished and the table was cleared, the main courses arrived even faster. The food was really good, steak & frites, cotelette de veau, fish etc...but the delivery of the food was just too fast. After desert we asked for the bill and also if the hosts could order us two taxis for the Novotel. Much to our surprise and bemusement we were presented with the Yellow Pages and asked to sort it all out ourselves.....Surely not the total service package were are accustomed to when dining out....Suffice to say that we 'sorted it out ourselves' as we had some fluent French speakers amongst us but not a satisfying end to what was a very good (if too quick) dining experience up to the 'taxi point'. Recommend the food and general ambiance but please ensure you have a local taxi service phone number at hand.
