Our host at a local guest house recommended we try this restaurant as we were keen to have French cuisine. The restaurant is clean and tidy and there is a cosy atmosphere. Staff are attentive and welcoming and very friendly. We don't speak French but that posed no problem as they spoke English very well. The food was amazing, so good in fact, that two nights later we were back to try more from the menu. The chef is superb. I enjoy eating, but this was art. Simply, a masterpiece.

In a cosy and unpretentious bistro atmosphere in the heart of the Batignolles district of Paris, our chef Jay whips up creative and delicious gastronomic set "surprise" menus that change with each market.
An amazing find.. Food and wine excellent a very good atmosphere with helpful staff. We enjoyed the whole caviar experience then had the 4 course menu with paired wines. Definitely to be recommended.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is very bad, too noisy, too rough, everything is not elegant. I felt like eating in a school canteen full of undisciplined kids.

Situated in the living heart of the 17th arrondissement of Paris, "Chez Leon" invites you to discover fresh and quality products. Inspired by french gastronomy and travels, the menu changes seasonally, always honoring culinary traditions of "homemade" fro
Stumbled onto this place when staying nearby. We started with the charcuterie which was also good, especially the pate. They toast the bread to the point of char -- such a nice touch. My son ordered their slow-cooked suckling pork specialty which was interesting and tasty, and I had a special with an Iberian pig 'pluma' cut cooked to their recommendation (which is quite rare) that was out-of-this-world good. Service was excellent - the waiter noticed us struggling with the menu and said, "Ah, American...!" and brought us English menus, a nice touch since Google Translate does not do a great job with food descriptions...House wine was excellent and reasonably priced. I'd tell you about the dessert, but we were both stuffed - the plates were very generous. One of two top meals I had all week - I'd go back to Paris just to eat there again!
