We booked the Michelin star restaurant due to its star and location. First establishment at that level we have tried in corsica and we were not disappointed. Great innovative cooking well presented. staff friendly professional and knowledgable. The three types of butter were for me a nice touch and got us talking. We live in the uk and thought the prices were perfectly reasonable for what we had.

We were staying at this hotel and ate in the restaurant two evenings. The food was excellent. Especially outstanding was their take on the Bouillabaisse, but everything was very good. We watched the chef and staff preparing food during the day and the attention to detail was really good. We had eaten in other restaurants at a similar cost in southern Corsica and this was the best by far. Highly recommended.

One of the nicer looking restaurants by the harbor. Got a dinner table for 9 with 5 kids, service was friendly even at season end (unlike in other places we saw with really fed-up, impatient and unfriendly waiters). Kids got burgers which were actually good though not for kids as the meat patty was very medium and bloody, better ask for well done if ordered as kids menu. Adults had 3 Ceviche and a steak, all really good though the Ceviche really small for a main course, tiny bit of cold fish, very tasty though. Intended to have one of the salads initially but salads are only served for lunch. Thank you for your visit and your message, see you soon.
