We had an amazing meal here. This is the best restaurant we have experienced while travelling in Peru and it was not expensive. The chef, Andrea Zambrano, presented the meals beautifully. The Chilean wine complimented the dishes perfectly. Every aspect of the restaurant - the attentive service and peaceful, simple interior decor made for a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Paqarina is just fantastic. The food menu options are healthy, delicious and they have a great variety of options. The space is really mellow with a lounge area, comfy seating and has an outdoor garden. Service is amazing and internet is really strong and consistent. This is my new favorite place in Urubamba :)

Wayra means wind in Quechua, the language of our Valley. Now, it also means a unique space where nature, art, gastronomy, adventure and good living blend together.
We lunched there as part of a day tour with Condor, to eat and to watch the horse show. We were given a set menu, which was reasonably tasty and very plentiful. We each had a mint tea, a still water, and a glass of chardonnay. I had understood from our guide that these drinks were included in the lunch. We were given a bill for 106 soles (roughly $54 AUS or US$33). In Australian dollars, the water cost $4 each and the wine (no wine list, no choice) cost $22.50 each. Even in US$ that's steep. Take your own water and avoid wine by the glass.Dear guest,Thank you for giving us a try.Your opinion is valuable to us and helps us shape everything that we doPlease visit us again.Kind regards,Claudia CarrilloWayra - Relais & Chateaux

The best food we have eaten since being in Peru. The owners/chefs were friendly and took the time to explain everything on the menu. The menu is constantly changing and everything is cooked fresh to order . I canât say enough good things about this place . We stopped for lunch at Tawa with our guide - an excellent decision. For appetizers, both the stuffed pepper and trout ceviche were delicious. Pato (duck) with rice and trout main courses were excellent, and how could we resist the desserts, beautifully presented and tasty? Well worth the stop down the Sacred Valley.
