Went there with friends before a half -marathon (carb loading). The cheese and Mango pizza was marvelous, also tried the pizza with frijoles (black beans).Tasty ceviche and seafood carpaccio.Desserts were very good. The mojito was so-so.A very small and cozy old house with prompt and courteous service.Don't miss it!Thanks for the visit and your kind remarks. WE HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON.

Where to eat International food in Veracruz: The Best Restaurants and Bars

Casa Molienda might be small in size, but it's big in flavor. I say this place is a "great find" because you could drive right by it and never know. That's unfortunate but I hope this helps more people "find" this restaurant. After finding this place you'll enjoy new flavors to regular dishes and likely dishes you haven't seen but you'll be happy you tried. That's thanks to the chef, Robert, who, aside from living in a kitchen, is an actual professional with culinary schooling and training. Because this place is still new you won't have to wait to be seated and served - which might change soon. But, for now, it's like having an executive chef all to yourself. One big plus is they stick to what they do best - serve great food. Yes they have a TV, yes they have wine and spirits, but they have one TV, not 7, and they have an appropriate bar, but not something people would visit if they just want to go out drinking. It's refreshing to visit a restaurant that keeps it simple and on point - a dining experience. The "less is more" ambiance works well and keeps you focused on the two most important aspects of a meal, your plate and whoever has accompanied you. If you're looking to enjoy a meal, with family, or friends, or both, then you'll enjoy finding Casa Molienda.Dear Jarocho B,Thank you for sharing your review with this comunity, we are very proud to hear you have a nice experience with us, we have the commitment to serve the best products and the best service. Once again thank you very muchCm
