Find out what Fusion restaurants to try in Ventura. Ventura, officially the City of San Buenaventura, is the county seat of Ventura County, California, United States. European explorers encountered a Chumash village, referred to as Shisholop, in Ventura while traveling along the Pacific coast. The eponymous Mission San Buenaventura was founded nearby in 1782 where it benefitted from the water of the Ventura River. The town grew around the mission compound and incorporated in 1866. The development of nearby oil fields in the 1920s and the age of automobile travel created a major real estate boom during which many designated landmark buildings were constructed. The mission and these buildings are at the center of a downtown that has become a cultural, retail, and residential district and visitor destination.

French toast for brunch was tasty. I prefer traditional maple syrup to their house syrup that comes with this dish. The downside of Cafe Nouveau (upside for them!) is that it's always busy, even on weekday mornings. It's always a wait to get a table and somewhat noisy if you want to carry on a conversation with a friend. The ambiance of the garden setting is nice.

Everything at this little hideaway is pure MAGIC. From the drink program to the food...it's always a treat to swing up to Ventiki for Lunch or Dinner. Make sure to get a Jet Pilot for some fun entertainment. I can't give this little gem enough lip service... also check out their store next door for some cool Tiki Art by local artisans Go..Enjoy and ALOOOOOHA

Simplistic and repurposing best describe the theme throughout the California-lifestyle bowling alley & restaurant. All are welcome to enjoy the laid-back, fun, and easy entertainment with 9 lanes of bowling, a locally-sourced restaurant with delectable Ca
This establishment is a whole lot of fun wrapped up into one package. There is a restaurant where you can sit down and enjoy a meal, a large stage with live entertainment, a few lanes for bowling, and a bar with craft beers and cocktails. The family I was with seemed to enjoy the food. The entertainment they had on stage was excellent as well. They could benefit from providing more assistance with the bowling, and maybe an extra bartender. Also, there is no AC, which probably isn't an issue in Ventura for the majority of the year. The day we were there happened to be during a heatwave in Southern California.
