Had the BEST food here yesterday. Beautiful interior, very friendly staff, and spotlessly clean.Would recommend this restaurant if you like Japanese Fusion food. Nice location, we didn't get the view as it was dark. Staff are friendly enough and helpful but there was no atmosphere as the place was empty on a Thursday night. We couldn't order the tasting menu when we booked, we were told not available until November, I assumed because they were full but not the case. Octopus and Spring roll things were passable but not anything memorable. We had the steak for a main, that's exactly what you got a small steak covered in this sweet almost like maple syrup sauce and a shallot that was it. We wont be back which was a disappointment after reading good reviews and we wanted some fine dining. Fell well short of the mark.Dear Kevin BWe appreciate your words to our local and personal nustro, we regret not having fulfilled their specifics in terms of cooking and understand that all flavors are not according to all palates. Our tasting menus as well inform you should be done with a minimum day in advance, and should be prepared exclusively for customers who request them. If you are on the beach of Torrevieja and you want to have a lunch with your family, we do not have to much to choose from....either you find a terrace which have all tables reserved ??? or you find very high price evaluated restaurant...in this way we found La fusion ...nice location, medium food quality and a little bit exagerated prices...not speaking abt. service level which is mediocre...the order, from taking to serving is a slow motion procedure...the employees have a short memory and even you ask something, they forget instantly...they are not thinking that,maybe, salt and pepper should be on the table...not to do it to long, if you want to spend more than you receive, choose this one...Thank you very much for your comment d0rini. We hope you come back and improve your experience.

Had the ribs and the entrecôte and we were impressed. The meat was super tender and the flavor was excellent. The mushroom mixed with vegetables was on point. Not to mention the free digestive after the meal. Thanks again for having us!
