They promote healthy eating, hence all their food is made on the spot, with fresh ingredients. New concept local food & spciality coffee, omelettes and local gastronomy.
We had the best breakfast/meal here, even if we tried some other places during our trip. The food is fresh and the ingredients are taken from the locals. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the location iss perfect - quiet and peaceful and with lovely view around. Oh, and even the coffee is great :)

Delicious food and great atmosphere. Stone walls add to the lovely interior. My group was here on a company trip with 30 people and we pre-booked our 3 course meal in advance. Although there was a bit of a wait to get started we were rewarded for our patience. For drinks I had the elderflower lemonade which was very refreshing - never even tried any wine because I liked it so much.Starter was a mushroom soup that was creamy and strong in flavour. Croutons go perfectly with it.Filled chicken breast came after, with red pepper and ham. Fried potatoes and a wonderful gorgonzola sauce made this particularly enjoyable.Dumplings for dessert, with jam and sour cream. While I was sceptical at first, I found this dish worked really well when you take a bit of each on your fork and try it. The flavours mixed surprisingly well together.I had to deduct 1 star because of comfort. The seats were not so good to sit on after about an hour and a half, even with the provided cushion. I'm not an overly tall guy, but the table is rather low which made me automatically slump a bit every so often. All 4 people on my table found this to be the case.Would absolutely recommend this restaurant. One of my CEO's said that he had never eaten so well in Sibiu.

We are a seasonal restaurant. We are focused on local ingredients and old recipes, witch we interpreted in a modern way.
The restaurant advertises itself as Asian fusion however I could not taste any Asian influences at all. Garlic soup was very good as was the cream of tomato, however this is where the positives stop. Chicken with mushroom and semolina was bland and underwhelming, the potato stew with sausage was also lacklustre, the portions were just the right size. I have just come back from India (Ahmedabad) and for sure there were no asian influences in our dishes.
