I stayed at the hotel and, given the view, definitely wanted to try to eat at their restaurant. We took the set menu (starter, main course, dessert) and wine (Chardonnay). More specifically, I had the sea bream tartare (excellent) and codfish with vegetables (average). I had the profiteroles for dessert - which were seriously bad. The pastry was very, very hard and the filling was ice-cream (chocolate, coffee and vanilla), which was ok... but it was extremely cold, and the experience of eating the dessert was just unpleasant - almost hurting my teeth (which usually aren't sensitive at all).More generally on the restaurant: the view is spectacular; both tablecloth and napkin are made of paper (which I thought looked cheap, given the type of restaurant). Service was ok but when I mentioned the dessert being just "wrong", instead of trying to understand why I thought that or to apologise, the waiter/maitre replied it was impossible, and that it was the first time anyone complained about that dessert. The couple sitting next to us had the profiteroles as well and their face was clearly showing that they didn't like that at all... so perhaps the staff should be a bit more aware of what's going on in their restaurant.Dear DanielS47, We thank you for you feedback regarding your recent visit at our restaurant. We are very sorry that you did not appreciated the dessert. Please be reassured that we shared you remarks with our Chef as well as our Maître d'Hôtel in order to improve both the quality of our product and our services. We hope you will give us a second chance to charm your tast buds and to regain your trust in a near future. Best regards.

Located in the heart of the Presqu'île, just a stone's throw away from the Opéra de Lyon and the City Hall, the Cercle Rouge offers fine and inspired cuisine that emphasizes fresh produce and reinvents some regional gastronomy dishes, mixing Asian and Lat
We had a very tasty and pleasant time at the restaurant. The food was delicious. The waiter was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant, cosy like sitting in my living room. The location is in a nice street. The prices were reasonable comparing to other restaurants around.

What a lovely, interesting, surprising meal...fantastic ingredients, expertly cooked.... well deserved first spot...highly recommend a visit..Had the six courses, with matched wine....well worth it..not to much food, not to little...my only suggestion is to keep the wine coming...making people wait with empty glasses...Thank you Carmen for your feedback, highly appreciated ! We're pleased to read that you enjoyed your experience at La Mutinerie. Concerning wine pairing, we understand your point of view, it's always a big deal to decide rather to fill your glass up with the wine that follows and matches the next meal when it is not ready to be served, because we're afraid you won't have any wine left to pair it with the meal... But we'll work on that for sure !Hope to welcome you again soon, Best regards,

This is a very interesting and excellent restaurant that combines Peruvian tastes and ingredients into French cuisine. It is very small, cozy and has reasonably good service. But it has very interesting and different tastes in the dishes and almost all dishes were excellent. it was a different and wonderful experience for us, jaded restaurant goers. Would recommend it very strongly.

From the outside you would not think much of this place, but boy was it good! The quality of food and of the presentation was at the level of some of the michelin starred places we tried before. Unbelievable flavour, refined presentations, outstanding looking plates of food, and all prepared in whole in the wall. Truly inspired!
