I have had a few opportunities to visit the Mantaraya. Every time I have visited the food and service have been top notch. There is always something new and interesting on the menu. Reto and his staff are top notch and always smiling and accommodating. The pool and ocean view through the palapa's is truly breathtaking overlooking Salchi Bay. If you haven't checked it out I highly recommend the short trek to Salchi. Bring your bathing suit!

Were able to grab a table for two amongst many reservations and waiting bigger groups (worth making a reservation). Octopus pasta was outstanding, chipotle-spiced pasta was good but not great. Choice of red wine by the glass of Chilean Carmenere or Italian Montepulciano; of which the montepulciano was nice if not slightly overpriced. Tiramisu dessert was excellent. Would definitely go back.

They have a few seats with a good view of the beach. They have 2-4-1 cocktails starting at 5:00 PM. They make a very good Mezquito (mezcal mojito).Unfortunately, they allow smoking, so it's annoying for non-smokers.

At Alfredoâs youâll find an international fine menu, created by local chef-owner Alfredo Patino Ramirez which offers you an extensive palette of flavors from signature and award winning dishes, to authentic Italian pastas, influenced by Sicilian inheritan
We wanted to make sure we vistited this little gem of a restaurant before we left so we went early in the evening(by mexico standards) at 6pm because we didnt have a reservation. Isreal met us at the front and warmly invited us in and showed us the immense drink menu. We all ordered a drink, (king sized ) and then all ordered our meals, had appies, I had the bacon wrapped poppers(I could have just sat and ate those all night), nachos and guac, then 3 of us had coconut shrimp and 1 had the fajitas. They were awesome meals, would have liked to have more than the 5 shrimp but they were amazing, should come with a side dish of rice, only had a small bed of shredded lettuce under the shrimp. A little on the pricier side for what you get, but the quality was definitely there.
