Red Peppercorn is a Fusion Restaurant in Lancaster, Lancashire. Head chef and Owner Anita combines all our favourite tastes from around the world to produce simple, exciting dishes that are bursting with flavour. Whether you enjoy cuisines from Asia, Euro
Visited on a Saturday evening having made a reservation (itâs busy with theatre visitors it seems).A limited menu and presented as a rather quirky combination of tapas stile and more usual starters and mains but the options were interesting and the food very tasty if rather salty. The owners were very attentive and interesting to chat to - not often Iâve been to a restaurant run by pharmacists!Iâd have preferred more traditional Sri Lankan options but enjoyed the meal and would recommend.Parking using Lancasterâs many car parks is very straightforward.

We have visited The Sun Cafe recently, for lunch, they have a varied menu to suit all tastes , the atmosphere is good and there is good accessibility for prams and also for disabled . The service is great as is the food , the food presentation is excellent, the food quality and taste is also excellent . If you are looking for a quality establishment to eat ! , then this is it .

Our award-winning chef Ming and his team are dedicated to provide our customers with authentic and fusion Chinese cuisine.
Firstly, it's a mess. No investment in this place. Scruffy, unkempt feels cheap & dirty, left side of the restaurant seems to be for storing junk as well, not a place for a romantic meal!Secondly, totally inappropriate music, played extremely loud. I mean, I love ABBA, then Nirvana, but usually at home in my kitchen or at a party, not when I pop in to a 'restaurant'for a tasty afternoon bite.... Thirdly, staff members either don't know how to treat customers or they don't care! One female sat on a bench constantly on her phone, the other, after stopping playing games on her phone, then decided to spray her face with water & sort her hair out.Fourthly, the food was below average at best. The menu says their "award winning master chef", I think he must've been away. Dumplings, pan fried, were warm at base, and defrost cold at top. Egg fried rice, tasteless & hardly any egg.To finish, guys, come on! If you want to be successful it takes love, passion, commitment, investment in people, marketing, attention to detail, ethics, (haven't you heard about the plastic issue? Try paper cups!). I'd rate you as the worst Chinese restaurant in Lancaster right now, and there are a lot of options, which I will gladly take after giving you a second chance. Get help!

An eclectic menu fusing flavor's from around the globe, freshly prepared in the fusions kitchen and served by the friendly front of house team in the royal hotel and bar lounge Lancaster.
Passed through Lancaster on a road trip for a spot of lunch and the chance to stretch our legs.Had no clue where to eat and TripAdvisor recommendations weren't the best (one closed venue and one out of most food).Literally stumbled into Fusions. What luck!!!This place was the food highlight of our trip. Unique food, hearty portions and incredible flavours with lots of choice for a veggie like me.Portions are so great, I'd recommend the starters / sharers for a light meal as they're significant on their own.We shared a tempura veg (the best I've had and I've eaten a lot!).Husband had ribs main and I had the korma wrap.Prices were slightly higher than most lunch spots but worth every penny and a steal compared to generic chain restaurant offerings like Nando's etcWe'll definitely be coming back next time we are in the area!
