Reviews on Fusion food in Huatulco, Oaxaca, Mexico. With nine bays and 36 beaches, Huatulco is ideal for anyone who loves the sun. It's not an overdeveloped resort town, but the hotels are comfortable—even luxurious. Ecotourism is gaining in popularity, so take a break from sunbathing and try river rafting or a hike through the jungle.

Azul Profundo will memorialize your visit to Huatulco. OCEAN FRONT seating. Romantic music plays in background as tranquil blue lit pool outlines a handful of private dining tables. Highest quality of ingredients and artistic presentations of dishes. Menu is excellent from top to bottom. Lobster and Champagne is "to die for". Service is exceptional. Azul Profundo is a culinary experience you will be talking about with your friends. If I could choose only one place...Azul Profundo for me!!!

The characteristic Argentine roasted grill accompanied with wine and bread. Classic Choripán of a soccer match. The authentic alfajores with milk sweet candy. A little piece of Argentina in Huatulco, with quality, flavor, price and unmatched attention. Le
Parrilladas has fantastic food at great prices. Everything from the empanadas to the salads to the Argentinian style meat dishes and sandwiches are excellent. Serving sizes are huge. A large mixed salad costs 40 pesos. Sandwiches are unbelievable (70 - 80 pesos) and the meat dishes (85 - 150 pesos) are awesome. Service is awesome. They canât do enough for you. It is a small place with seating for about 25 people max. On top of that, they have a fantastic dessert called a Marquesitas that they make right in front of you. They cost anywhere from 22 to 37 pesos depending on what you want inside a rolled crispy tortilla. If you are in Huatulco, you must eat here. Totally awesome food and staff.

My wife and I shared a fish taco - 4 tacos, tasty, with chipotle sauce on the side. Fish came with shredded cabbage and carrots. Service was slow, or else I would give it a 5. Our friend had a hamburger, and he said it was delicious.

We were celebrating a birthday so the birthday girl chose Ocean Restaurant as we enjoyed it so much last year. The men in our group were disappointed as they ran out of steaks that evening but enjoyed their meals anyways. A few of us had ordered the carbonara pasta which was excellent plus beet risotto, lemon risotto with fish and burgers and not one complaint from anyone as we all enjoyed our meals. Service was beyond excellent this year. I had made the reservation on Facebook messenger mentioning that we were celebrating a birthday. We were so pleasantly surprised when they brought out a huge chocolate cake layered with whipping cream and fresh fruit - it was homemade and so delicious. It was such a nice surprise and so totally unexpected. I thought that they might have given the birthday girl a small individual birthday cake or dessert for herself and was surprised when they came out with this huge cake that could have served the entire restaurant! They had a singer that night and had her sing Happy Birthday as well. This restaurant is highly recommend by everyone in our group and we will be back next year for sure. Thank you for making our celebration even better.

I have had a few opportunities to visit the Mantaraya. Every time I have visited the food and service have been top notch. There is always something new and interesting on the menu. Reto and his staff are top notch and always smiling and accommodating. The pool and ocean view through the palapa's is truly breathtaking overlooking Salchi Bay. If you haven't checked it out I highly recommend the short trek to Salchi. Bring your bathing suit!

We wanted to make sure we vistited this little gem of a restaurant before we left so we went early in the evening(by mexico standards) at 6pm because we didnt have a reservation. Isreal met us at the front and warmly invited us in and showed us the immense drink menu. We all ordered a drink, (king sized ) and then all ordered our meals, had appies, I had the bacon wrapped poppers(I could have just sat and ate those all night), nachos and guac, then 3 of us had coconut shrimp and 1 had the fajitas. They were awesome meals, would have liked to have more than the 5 shrimp but they were amazing, should come with a side dish of rice, only had a small bed of shredded lettuce under the shrimp. A little on the pricier side for what you get, but the quality was definitely there.

Cafe Juanita is located in Marina Chahue. Perfect for having breakfast or lunch with a view of the water. Our food is local, fresh and delicious.
We just return. We ate there twice but the Friday's fish tacos was the best we had over the last two weeks. How do you go wrong eat 3 fish tacos ( and they are very good) with a cold beer for 100 pesos.
