Went for dinner on my first night here, had satay to start, plenty of chicken on this dish, had a rare steak as a main, meat was good, but accompaniments were a little 'light' - mushroom in a pastry cup and mash. Will try again but different selection next time.....

We were recommended of this place by one of our friends and we were not disappointed with the service. We had the pancakes with drinks. They were beautifully presented and tasted as good as expected. The cakes on display were beautiful and looked very tasty but unfortunately we did buy any, perhaps on our next visit Mauritius. On the whole, a great place to relax, plenty of choices from the menu or you can have a cake and coffee. Very relaxing.

The naan, the butter chicken and the lamb was nice. Maybe some more variety could be better - the menu literally consists of lamb, chicken, prawns, vegetables in 3 choices of sauce.Price range: 10usd per curry/itemThe decor and set up of the place was a let down. A hindu prayer music was played throughout our dinner - we didnt ask for it to be changed since we could come across as being impolite. The washroom is not so clean and feels like a poorly transformed house into a restaurant. The desert was pricy and not really a "unique" creation as put it by the owner - it was more of a mishmash of different ingredients poorly blended together.

Nestled in the city of Curepipe Kasafe restaurant is a family restaurant with its authentic Thai cuisine. The restaurant has a seating capacity of up to 20 persons. The highlight of the place is you have a specialised Thai Chef who creates magic in your plate with her savoir faire and the food gives you a feel of being in Thailand rather than Mauritius as it's so appetizing. Their secret is that all the products are fresh and they prepare the meal upon order and with enthusiasm. It's not produced on a large scale in advance. Guests will immediately feel the difference from the taste and look.Their speciality is the Green curry, their soups and much more which needs to be discovered.Being a vegetarian I enjoy their vegetarian soup which is so yummy and it is also very filling as there's lots of vegetables and tofu included in the soup. I relish the thai fried noddles also and their sauteed vegetables.Mr Frederic is at the Front Desk to welcome his customers with a smile. He is very attentive and also willing to assist his guest with the choice of menu which is a plus as some customers are not acquainted with the Thai menu. His team and himself make you feel very much at home and the dress code is casual. They also have lots of customers who prefer to order take away and the Chef and his team are always very busy. Well I would highly recommend Kasafe restaurant for its palatable food and good service. The price is very reasonable. Once you start eating there you will adopt their cuisine. The food is delicious.Attached are a few photos of the menus.I would highly recomend Kasafe restaurant.

Welcome to The Market Restaurant & Deli; where everything is generous and light, sweet and salty, melting and crisp, dense and airy. Nestled on the pavement of the S'Mall & Chic concept store in Floreal - Curepipe, The Market Restaurant & Deli is unveiled
The decoration / setup was really nice. The starters was excellent and the staff very nice with us. Their wine menu was exhaustive and everyone could find something for his taste. A little expensive for what it is (ex : the lamb at Rs1,500 / plate is a little too much). Overall you should try this restaurant.
