This restaurant has the most tasty cecinas in a whole variety of presentations. The cecina is soft and fresh and a big dish is around 15 soles which is very well paid.Also, they have good drinks and fresh juices. Only complaint: service is a little slow so you should think of this if you are in a hurry.

Visitando a Kuelapï¼ descubrÃ este pequeÃ±o restaurant llamado El Chifa Ãnico. EstÃ¡ ubicado en Chachapoyas, entre las plazas Burgos y Belen. AllÃ tiene una forma peculiar de servir los platos donde resalta un plato llamado El Combinado, la cual lleva chaufa y tallarÃn y encima unos trocitos de pollo agridulces, sabores totalmente distinto a otros Chifa y eso que aÃºn no menciono su ajÃ de casa que estÃ¡ SÃºper. Una experiencia que vale la pena.
