This place offers a casual dining experience of fresh and authentic Indian cuisine at a very fair price. We each had the small portion size of two different dishes and both were delicious. It is in a new retail location that is shaping up to offer a variety of businesses. They also offer great frozen meal options for take out and catering. Give it a try and you won't be dissappointed.I am happy you enjoyed your meal! The location is still very new but we are excited about the future. I hope to see you again.

I almost sat and ate at one of the fine restaurants around here. Boy, I'm glad I didn't. This small spot hit the spot! Spot on! Absolutely perfect for healthy, tasty, energy giving meal to power my outdoor adventures! Quaint tables and chairs in the shade at supper time and prompt service. They could charge more. Glad they don't. Don't tell them. Kevin

Had an outstanding meal on the top level of the bus. Very creative food, started with complimentary prosecco and an amuse-bouche. Would recommend and will be back again. Two fixed price meals and a bottle of wine were quite reasonable for an excellent experience and service

Wonderful Caribbean food served in a lovely well presented restaurant and hotel in Canmore. This was our first time in the restaurant although we were with friends who were local to the area and had been before. We were not disappointed. Not perhaps an extensive menu (but still something for everyone) but what you did have was each plate being made to order. Great service with a smile. We hope to go back when next visiting Canmore in the future.

Our Head Chef, Air Bouphasiry, and his team bring together Eastern influences and classical French and Italian cuisine to deliver an approachable and global menu crafted for sharing with friends and family beneath the spires of the Canadian Rockies.
Beeing a guest at tge Grand Rookies hotel where the resturant is located. I took tge hotel's advise that we can have a very good breakfast. We came with some friends and where sitted together. And then when tacking the orders he said that since we are 10 he needs to charge 6% more for service. I told him thatcwe just set together but we are separate families and also separate bills. So we can split since the whole place was empty. So he replied rudely that this is his profit abd he does not work for free.I asjed to talk to the manager abd he got upset. So we 10 people left. We wnt to eat somewhere else where we where treated as respected guests. And this place lost over 300 dollar but did not profit the 6%.When I was thought service and Business my school was different. So we are 2 more days at the hotel. But we will skip this guest un freindly placeOh no! This sounds terrible. Thank you for sharing. I am not sure how or why this could have happened. I am truly shocked. I will be sure to deal with this situation directly to ensure it does not happen again. We apologize for your experience.

Their menu is two sides of a large sheet, but the options did not feel overwhelming. Theyâve managed to include a reasonable variety of flavours while offering solid favourites - and I did fall for a somewhat common brioche sandwich which was perfectly balanced and delicious. The standout might be the space - converted from an old warehouse but maintaining an industrial feel with black cutlery, stainless steel fixtures, and then gentler modern touches like exposed wire lighting in beautiful round bulbs hanging over the bar. There is a connected brewery with a full glass wall for you to check out - makes for great pictures too!As youâll also see in my photo, they treat their donut dessert very extra.

My friend and I were so excited to eat this type of food. I also have been gluten free for 10 years and couldnât believe there was a gf restaurant in Canmore. It was so disappointing. The ginger beef was dry. The sushi tempura was tasteless- it just had tapioca starch in the shrimp. The salmon was dry and fair- it was over powered by a tamari sauce. The spring roll just had tamari dipping sauce, no peanut or interesting sauce to taste. What a fair meal and as one of our dinners out.
