A real gem owned by a wife and husband (chef) team along the sea. The small restaurant serves wonderfully prepared food that is sourced locally. The preparation and presentation is 5 star as are the owners. Had a reunion with friends for dinner and the food was some of the best French cuisine ever.We thank you for your visit and are honored by this wonderful moment of sharing.We look forward to seeing you.Pascal and Marina

As non hotel guest having some lunch at the HR Beach Club is quite a challenge. If you arrive by car (which most people will) you need to go to reception to make reservation with the Beach Club - or any other of their restaurant. Only with this reservation you can use their valet parking (there are no other parking possibilities). The food at the Beach Club is ok, nothing special though. Prices are exaggerated. I mean come on guys, it's a beach club, not a fine dining restaurant. I don't want to imagine staying at the hotel and eating there every day. Most people will probably choose the all-in deal and eat at the buffet. The place itself seems well organized, a lot of staff everywhere. They try to be (and look) Rock'n'Roll. However, as a guest I didn't feel the HR spirit there. At least you don't get charged 20 EUR if you are able to present a stamp on your valet ticket - which is really hard to get. The server at the Beach Club had never heard of it. Finally, their manager just signed the ticket himself which did the trick. As a visitor to La Caleta for nearly 10 years, we tend to splurge on decent restaurants during our holiday - which one would we chose above all others to eat every day? Here - great range on the menu, some very good value, epic setting and location (if you book and it's not busy, you can get a great outside table with views) - just utterly perfect. Great, knowledgeable staff. Yes, it's expensive, but doesn't feel like it - very relaxed. Will definitely be coming back.

My boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to dinner here one night on our recent holiday in Costa Adeje and it was certainly a night to remember! From the moment we walked in we were blown away by the polite and helpful staff who could not have done more to make us feel welcome and make sure we enjoyed our evening. The food was amazing and we were lucky enough to have booked on a Canarian holiday night so the 5 course tasting menu was full of local dishes and paired with local wines. The chef came out to meet us at the end of the evening which was a really nice touch and we couldn't believe when we left that we had been there nearly 4 hours as the time flew by. Firstly, the service here is wonderful, as it is across the whole hotel. We opted for the tasting menu and each dish was explained wonderfully. I'm gluten free and this was no bother for the staff at all, who made the few small necessary changes for me with no bother, and I heard other diners with dietary issues being catered for with ease as well. I appreciated the drinks recommendations, and I had barely thought 'I wish I had brought a cardigan" when I was offered a beautifully soft blanket!The food itself was gorgeous- standouts included a clam ceviche with flying fish roe and a melt in the mouth tuna sashimi. Everything is plated beautifully and delicious. At â¬55 a head for the tasting menu I felt it was very good value too, especially if you have the hotel resident discount.
