Find out what Fusion restaurants to try in Bali. Bali is a living postcard, an Indonesian paradise that feels like a fantasy. Soak up the sun on a stretch of fine white sand, or commune with the tropical creatures as you dive along coral ridges or the colorful wreck of a WWII war ship. On shore, the lush jungle shelters stone temples and mischievous monkeys. The “artistic capital” of Ubud is the perfect place to see a cultural dance performance, take a batik or silver-smithing workshop, or invigorate your mind and body in a yoga class.

Inspired by its spectacular oceanfront setting and the locally harvested sea salt, Seasalt is the must-go seafood restaurant whilst strolling around the Seminyak area. Seasalt marks the start of a tantalizing new seascape dining experience, with a dash of
Celebrated a friendâs birthday with a large group at Seasalt. The service was great and everyone enjoyed the experience very much. The menu is Japanese-inspired fusion food with an emphasis on seafood, but I also tried the Wagyu short ribs and was not disappointed. Also an extensive wine list available.

A little Cozy Cafe in the heart of Sanur. Our menu has been created for everybody who wants to eat healthy and feel great.
When you are in Sanur this is A Must GO restaurant. Food is delicious and prices are reasonable. The first time we went there Risa made us a smoothiebowl that was so good and beautiful. They also have burgers, noodles etc and those are delicious too. We can tell because we went back a couple of times. And if you're looking for souvenirs, there are a lot of cute things to get for a reasonable price.

We ended up coming to Seminyak kitchen three mornings in a row for breakfast. It was partially because it was so close to our hotel, and partially because they opened super early. Turns out it was a great decision on our part because the food was awesome, and Dodi (our waiter on all three days!) was excellent. He was happy to see us every morning and he was great and giving us tips and tricks for the events we had planned for the coming day. We tried both the a la carte menu and the buffet, and both we a good value. Plenty of both western and eastern options to choose from and fresh juices were everywhere. Really depends on how hungry you are. If you want to eat light, save some cash and go a la carte. We wouldnât hesitate to go back on our next trip to Bali. Thanks Dodi!Dear camilleebryant1,Thank you very much for visiting Seminyak Kitchen recently and for your lovely feedback here in the TripAdvisor.Weâre all really glad you enjoyed your time with us from the food, service till the atmosphere of our restaurant. Your compliments for our team definitely would encourage our team to maintain our set standard. We could not wait to welcome you back whenever you travel back to Bali particularly Seminyak.Best regardsAmbara JayaFood and Beverage Manager

Farm to table, locally sourced and sustainable. Three great words to sum up Chef Robert Erickson's style of culinary design. A sixty seats Sexy and Romantic restaurant.
Travelling alone always puts me in some interesting experience anywhere. Resting from my walks around ubud, a young man greets me and offer me a fresh juice. Interested with the items they have, I have a seat and enjoy the evening at their garden. The servers continually greets me, so after a while we have a very nice conversation about Balinese offerings and naming systems. Who knew a glass of juice can expand your knowledge about the culture here in Bali. I definitely will come back to have dinner here, with this kind of service I'm sure I will enjoy the dishes they serve.
