I arrived about 15:00 for a late lunch/snack. It was slow and there were people waving at waiters and nothing was happening. Obviously a 'manager' appeared and service started to move. I got a menu, ordered and drink and snack arrived. The outlook and environment is beautiful, especially as this was a sunny day and I loved the vibe. Paying the bill was also slow, however it was eventually sorted and people moved on. The staff were friendly and food tasty and fresh. Vegetarian dishes are indicated by a green 'V', yet they show ham - this is OK & the meal can be varied for a vegetarian.

The restaurant has a great la carte menu, of which one can pick 3 or 4 course menu. Main dishes are meat, fish and vegetarian. Multiple Side dishes are served with it. Price for 3 course dinner is less than 30 Euro. Excellent kitchen! Personal touch of the chef makes one feel at home right away. Atmosphere is cosy, and style of interior has some interesting railways artefacts. I can strongly recommend this restaurant!

Op zaterdag is er altijd steak tartare bij Lodewijk, las ik op Facebook. Nou, dat is lekker! Tartaar van slagerij de Buurderij uit Noordlaren, perfect aangemaakt en mooi opgemaakt. Wat een traktatie. Onze dochters aten heerlijk van hun omelet met toast. Genieten hoor.

Retaurant inside the Brinkhotel, very nice ambiance, good menu, good quality meal, reasonable prices and very nice and friendly staff. We went here expecting a luxurious 5-course dinner. We had 5 courses, but it was not worth the 5 stars the restaurant seems to get a lot. The only exceptional course was the cold starter. The rest of the courses were alright, but the portions were so small most of the people in our group were still hungry after dinner. Not to mention we were the only company there that night and it took very long to serve our food. Too bad, we expected a lot more!

What a gem. Wonderful ambiance and decor. Elegant setting and brilliant helpful and friendly service. So - a really good start! The food (Michelin Star Standard) was divine. We chose the 5 âsurpriseâ courses with the associated wine flight. Some lovely textures and flavours superbly presented. Chef clearly knows what he is doing!Special mention of the wines they chose to complement each course - each one perfect and often unusual but another delight. This is probably one of the best reviews I have ever left and if I could score 6 I would. Really hope to be able to return.
