Tucked in a lovely valley between the Rhine River and the Taunus Mountains, Hesse's capital of Wiesbaden has long been an important spa city, dating back to Roman times when it was called Aquae Mattiacorum. In the 19th century, Wiesbaden also became a popular gambling center. For a soothing plunge, try the famous Kaiser Friedrich's Therme in the city center. And don't miss the Schlossplatz (Palace Square) and impressive Kurhaus Wiesbaden event and conference center, both within a few blocks.

A French brasserie in Wiesbaden featuring all the classics you would expect in a stylish decor. The steak frites and fondant au chocolat are very tasty.

...the restaurant was empty on arrival...but the main dishes took almost 2 hours to get served...(or around 1 hour after the appetizers had been served)...thanks God to the good conversation my friend and I were having, otherwise I would have left. The food was overall nice, but not extraordinary...the fish soup was thick and really good in taste, while the entrecôte was not totally tender as I usually like it. Service was nice but a little overwhelmed...Ambience is superb...real French atmosphere and great patio...a lot of people watching (partly hilarious), prices a tad to high but still bearable... All in all an OK experience but this place would not become my regular go to place if I lived nearby...

Pop in this small place for a lunch with a cold cut platter and baked goat cheese with honey and nuts - of course a glass of crispy Italian white. The portion of the cold cut plate is good for 2. Reasonably priced and high quality food. Will definitely come back.

A place you want to eat again and again and again. I feel sorry for myself that I have to leave Wiesbaden after just one night. This excellent kitchen, a chief that really is able to combine tastes and pleasantly surprises you with his skills: triple A. I had an amazing good diner. Everything served was just perfect, both in taste as in presentation. In my opinion (and Iseldom I give such a direct advice) if you are in Wiesbaden, this place is a must. You will be -as I still am while writing this review- delighted. Adjudge yourself this culinary pleasure. Go and check!Dear guest, thank you very much for your positive comment on our restaurant. It was a pleasure to have you and we hope to welcome you back soon.Yours sincerelyGabriele and team
