A group of us showed up for our 7 PM reservations. The majority of the tables were still empty, yet we did not even get our appetizers until 8:20 (Allowing for 20 minutes before we'd placed our orders, that's still an hour wait .)In the meantime, the bread served was not tasty and felt stale!!! In much less pretentious restaurants the bread is irresistible. At around 9 PM some of our main dishes appeared--but not all. There was no coordination among the main waitress, her trailer (in training) and the bus boy. NOT A SINGLE DISH THE ENTIRE EVENING EVER ARRIVED TO THE RIGHT PERSON. Sometimes even not to the right table. Both the Maitre D' and someone who seemed to be from management were on the floor the entire time, watched the going ons, but they seemed totally ineffective in organizing the service staff. Finally, the food was mediocre. Not one of us thought that their dish was particularly good. We had expected the place to be expensive (appetizers are at least $20 and entrees $40,) and when the bill arrived it reflected it. But all of us agreed that it was a waste of money. None of us will return.I would have given the restaurant only one star, but experience has shown me that although I am a badged reviewer, TripAdvisor will question it.

The Hamptons have many over-priced and mediocre restaurants. Le Charlot is not too badly over-priced and the food is pretty good. So, if you set your expectations correctly you can have a very nice meal here. "Cajun" mahi mahi was very tasty and steak frites was perfectly done. Hearts of palm and avocado salad came more as a mayonnaise laden mound and arugula salad was very very boring.

If you are over a certain age, they seat you in the back to make sure that the street seating and front of the restaurant are filled with good-looking, hip, younger crowd.I still look very good, but not enough for Mr. Pierre. My friends and I stopped going there.

I came here multiple times during my stay in the Hamptons last summer for both lunch and dinner and this place never disappointed. If you are looking for a fun, Mediterranean restaurant, you should derfinitely check this place out. I don't usually write reviews but it's nice to see new fun places open in the Hamptons. Looking forward to coming back in the summer !Dear Kikithank you for taking your time to review us. We are glad that you enjoyed Oreya last summer. With many improvements made, we look forward to hosting you again this summer for an even better time. We open for the summer on May 18.SincerelyMax

Almond is set in Bridgehampton in a very nice bistro setting. Tables outside and even inside the windows open on the street . The local cheese plate was very good accented with roasted almonds and honey. Came the main dishes lobster spaghetti was very disappointing. Lobster meat was more like cardboard with watered down taste. The rib eye was well cooked but lacked flavor .Tomatoes with vinaigrette had lots of taste but the whole dish missed something. Desert was very good as was the service but all in all a disappointing visit because of the main courses. Would gladly have paid that price for good food.

The waiter paid attention to our table and gave us time to look over the order and get our drinks and what we needed. The food was delicious. There are a lot of nice choices. The portions are huge. I am not a big soup person but I tried the broccoli cheddar and it was the best soup I ever had! The cobb salad was huge. This is a small place with about 15- 20 tables. It is a little dark inside and. I would definitely recommend this place and go back there again.

Just outside the âfancyâ roads in the Hamptons rest this very good bistro, with french influences and superb staff )managed by the family). We liked everything tried, with only two suggestions. Improve the wine offfering, and don´t abuse on the truffle offering. Not everything needs to be âtruffledâWe will certainly would go back
