Welcome to Madame Brasserie & Cafe in Gummifabriken, Varnamo. We serve French and Swedish cuisine made with a touch of Smaland. We have our own bakery, we make pastry, buns and coffee. You are also welcome to hang out in our bar witch have a fabulous atmo

Went here for dinner at the last minute with my sister and our mother and had a lovely meal. Good menu with small, medium and main courses all looking very tasty made it hard to choose! In the end we settled on the beef tartare, truffles and mushroom pasta and chanterelle toast- all equally delicious! Finished of with a mouth-watering chocolate cake.Good selection of wine, mainly French as it is a french bistro style restaurant. Airy and spacious interior set in the old Värnamo Gummi factory facilities. The staff and kitchen were flexible and accommodating when we asked for some extras and change to the one of the courses.

Andra besöket på Pinchos i Värnamo. Tyvärr det funkar inte, det tar alldeles för lång tid att få maten, det är inte OK att vänta 40min på ljummen mat. Konceptet är intressant och skulle kunna bli toppen om man förbättrar serveringstiden och gjorde maträtterna mer smakrika. I nuläget passar denna restaurangen för barn och barnkalas.Gör om gör rätt!

Interesting concept... all equiped with 2nd hand tables and chairs, typically "småland" !!! And relatively good food !!
