Beautifully located, along the Herault river, we have been enjoying again the kindness of Julia and her husband. She is presenting the genuine products of his cuisine, well made and with surprising combinations of flavors. The last time we went, we were accompanied by friends. They too, like we, will come back again and again, everytime we are in the area.Highly recommended!

Accueil charmant et nous avons pris le menu à 22⬠avec salade de picodon, entrecôte (délicieuse) aligot et coupe cevenole (aux châtaignes!!). Un très bon moment! Mention spéciale à la charmante patronne

We were browsing the menus at various restaurants in the town centre, and paused outside this unpretentious establishment. The proprietor appeared and very politely gave information on the menu and various specials. No pressure, no hassle, so we thought, why not? And we were not disappointed - simple regional cuisine, generous helpings, perfectly drinkable vins du pays served by the carafe, very reasonable prices (especially the wine which was cheaper than the water!) and excellent attentive service. Despite the staff having very limited English, and our French being not brilliant, there were no communication problems. We felt very welcome and had an extremely enjoyable evening. Total for four, including copious amounts of wine was just 76 euros, and we felt moved to give a generous tip which was much appreciated.

This restaurant has been through a few chefs, in recent years, not all of them making good food! However, the most recent one who appears to have the restaurant franchise separate from the hotel, makes really nice food and is anxious to please, including making special dishes for vegetarians. would certainly recommend this place. In summer, one can also eat on the terrace and there is a small swimming pool.

Bon accueil, service rapide, petite terrasse ombragée par des parasols, calme malgré le bord de route.Nous avons mangé une délicieuse omelette aux champignons, généreusement garnie de cèpes et champignons de Paris. Il y a aussi des spécialités locales à la carte (aligot).En dessert, faisselle au coulis de fruits des bois et tartelette myrtilles : parfaits !Le tout pour 30 euros incluant les cafés.Nous recommandons !

Nous mangeons souvent dans cette auberge,car nous allons souvent dans les Cévennes et nous connaissons les gérants de l'auberge et nous en sommes toujours satisfaits.La cuisine est typiquement cévenole,de qualité et juteuse.Si vous cherchez un restaurant où gouter de la cuisine cévenole,vous êtes servis.

family run restaurant open for lunch and dinner wednesday-sunday (closed monday and tuesday).Location opposite a factory and close to a tinkers campsite is not very promissing. Friendly welcome by the owner The quality of the food is far better than one would expect from a restaurant on a location like this. Everything is home made by the owners wife who is a excellent cook. Price-quality very good.

This restaurant is actually located on a campsite by the river, but people other than campers often go to it. It serves quite a wide range of food beyond just pizzas and the service is good and obliging, though some of the food is a little over-priced. But it is worth going for the setting on an elevated terrace with lovely mountain views.

We have been to this restaurant several times and rate it the best in the area. Julie, who speaks good English, is an excellent host, and Cyril, an excellent cook. They are always willing to discuss vegetarian options. The food is imaginatively presented and the inside tables look sparkling, while the terrace tables provide a lovely view over the village. The cost is reasonable and they open out of season for reservations.
