3 things to know:1. How to find: you have to be skiing on the Stätz slopes. Head down past the main Alp Stuatz restaurant that is 2/3rd's down the slopes. Stay on the far right of the piste and head off right down a long schuss. About 600m along you cross another piste heading right to left. 200m further on there are some houses, and a right turn. Take it. 2. Food is pretty good. Lots of good stuff like Rösti (hash browns) to fill you up. Maybe CHF 50 for 2 with a drink and no coffee3. If the sun is out, then go sit on the terrace after about 14:00 glorious. And, you might just bump into Roger Federer. His ski place is close by

Perfect place to have dinner with small kids. Try for example the burgers for the adults, and the kids specials for the small ones. The personal is very friendly, the open wines are surprisingly good. No problem to find a place, and place to chill out - way less stress than in others restaurants in Valbella -.Once we tried the seasonal "Moules Frites", it was delicious.

Family night out brought us what we wanted: Good quality food, affordable, friendly staff, quiet enough so we could talk, interior a bit dated

We had dinner at Le Bistro whilst skiing during half term week. Really nice menu with plenty of choice and extensive wine list. Expensive, but as are all the restaurants in Arosa, but the service and ambience were impeccable. Really lovely evening; will definitely return
The Salon Rouge is known for its excellent service and excellent cuisine, both characterized by attention to detail,
The service was very attentive, efficient and helpful. We had pre-ordered a menu given we were a party of 8. The food was tasty and nicely served overall. Just few negative points (e.g. a green salad was really that: a few piled up green salad leafs with a few drops of vinaigrette, a totally dried out macaron) but that one would not expect at a restaurant at this level. The wine list though is just ridiculous. Actually unacceptable.A "choice" of one single white wine?!?! Never seen that before. A Chablis not even from a top producer (nor a premier or grand cru) for 100 CHF. Worth 20 CHF in a shop. The red section is not better in any way. A grand total of 8 wines, all of them Bordeaux. As if only Bordeaux makes good wines!!! If you want to stick to France I would at the very least expect to see some Burgundy, Rhone etc. on the list. The house wine is 160 CHF a bottle.Any top notch restaurant (e.g. any michelin star) will have a carefully chosen wine list, that matches the food and the different tastes of their guests. And all of that with wines at different price points. Not going back there.
