Gourmet French-inspired cuisine, international fare and local delicacies - Noa Noa is our main restaurant, located at the heart of the resort. This indoor and outdoor venue is located on a landscaped terrace, spilling down from an enclosed patio to the be
Our first night at the hotel we want a nice dinner, but did not work well! The staffs rushing around giving the impression some thing is wrong, stressful! Also they look lost with the plates on the hands. Forget what you ask for...The dish did not come right, so back to the kitchen because miss some ingredients .I have a chicken and my friend ask for risoto. The purée with the chicken was bad done. The risoto was dry and looks like not the right rice. No taste at all. Everybody can cook that meal, nothing special for such high price and this luxury hotel. Better try some restaurants outside!Dear Heinar S,Ia Orana from the InterContinental Bora Bora Le Moana Resort!I would like to thank you for having taken the time to share your experience, and I sincerely apologise that, in your experience, we have fallen short your expectations.Whereas unusual the matters you have raised will be investigated thoroughly with the staff and Department Heads involved and are receiving my personal attention. Once again, I thank you for your helpful suggestions. Comments such as yours are vital to our continued success. Please accept again our sincere apologies about the misadventures that you encountered during your stay.Yours sincerely,Laurence LévyGeneral Manager

We read about it in our lonely planet guide book.
My wife sent me there on a Special Mission: get there well before 10, so that they haven't sold all of their pain au chocolat. The mission was a success - I bought the six that remained - and we enjoyed them with our breakfasts for the next three days. Quite delicious.

Treat yourself at Le Corail, the fine dining experience at the resort. Sip your favorite drink on the open air terrace facing the lagoonarium and dine within a refined and air conditioned atmosphere. Perfect for an elegant romantic time with your loved on
We visited Le Corail on our penultimate night staying at the Intercontinental Thalasso. The staff were aware of the dietary requirements and that we were on honeymoon and were extremely friendly and welcoming. It is not cheap, but you get what you pay for the Wagyu steak was devine and the deserts were the best I have ever tasted. the experience was all capped off with the waitress gifting her amazing crown of fresh flowers to my wife. The wine choice was extensive too. I would highly recommend our best dinner in Bora Bora #1!Dear jamesbW2864ZN, Sunny Greetings from Bora BoraThank you for choosing InterContinental® Bora Bora Resort & Thalasso Spa for your honeymoon. We are delightful to learn you found the food exiquisite, the wine fantastic and the staff amazing during your experience at our gastronomic restaurant Le Corail. This is true that Maine always give the best experience to our guest when she decide to gift her own fresh flowers crown. The concierge at our resort made a reservation for us for dinner for 5/30/18. Taxi service is provided with a charge of 200 XPF per person which is added to your final dinner bill. Set pick up time 6:30 PM. The main problem I have with the set pick up times is that we almost always missed sunset. So many of the restaurants are situated right by the water that it's a shame. I think the sunset from this restaurant would have been great. We had a rental car prior to our dinner reservation date so we got to see Mai Kai during the day. Beautiful views. Inside and outside seating. Bar area also. Several nice boats anchored there. The taxi service arrived right on time 6:30 PM. It took around 15 minutes to go from our resort IC Le Moana to the restaurant. We were seated at our requested table by the railing at water's edge. It was already dark. Light on the table changed colors-blue, pink, orange, green, yellow. It was very pretty. However, I'd still recommend bringing a small flashlight to read the menu as this table light was not enough. It was a very breezy evening and I only had a short sleeve wrap. I was cold. I should have brought one of my long sleeve wraps so you may want to do that just in case. If you sit inside this won't be a problem. There is a happy hour from 5:00-6:00 PM. The menu lists several choices for drinks-beer, cocktails, red and white wine, non alcoholic cocktails. Selections from the ocean and from the land. Appetizers, salads. Very good variety. Inside the menu is written the meaning of the restaurant's name. Mai-Come Kai-eat/water So-Come. Dine by the water.Service was excellent-friendly and there when needed. We started with drinks-Hinano blonde for my husband (they didn't have the Hinano amber that he prefers), pina colada for me, and bottled water. When the drinks were delivered we also got a nice basket of bread and a complimentary sample of the gazpacho soup. It was delicious. My husband got the red tuna steak Chinese style and vegetables with sesame seeds. It was pretty to look at and even better to eat. My husband said it was terrific. Great taste with the herbs, sauce used and cooked just the right amount of time. My husband hates when he is served fish that has been cooked too long. I went for the Indian shrimp curry, fresh coconut milk with Jasmine rice and vegetables. That sauce was to die for-so tasty and not too spicy. Loved my dinner. Shrimp cooked perfectly.A super way to end our stay in Bora Bora. Cost without tip was $105.08 which also included the small charge of 400 XPF for the taxi service. Credit cards accepted. Can recommend as our experience was superb. Another bit of a wait for the taxi to return us to our resort. Around 30 minutes before the taxi arrived.Hi chris45ny , We are so happy to hear that you feel well and we greatly appreciate your kind review that you share on Trip Advisor with us.We are happy to have given you a beautiful experience. Food and service were just okay. Went for lunch, might be better at dinner, or could be what we ordered (fish and chips). Beautiful location though with great lagoon view. The World Famous 8 table restaurant located in Paradise. The only one real Fine Dining of Bora Bora
What a delight! Five courses of pure excellence. We both went with the Menu Exotique (Light Cuisine) with the recommended wine pairing. My dinner companion switched out the seared ahi appetizer for the goat cheese tart and swapped the beef tenderloin for the lobster risotto while I stayed true to the menu. Both of us were extremely pleased with what we got. The portions were perfect as was the wine paired with each course. The service was amazing. When in Bora Bora, I would consider this a âmustâ experience.

We are staying on a motu so decided to spend a few hours in Viatape. It was suggested we have lunch at St. James. What a fabulous suggestion! We had a table right next to the water, enjoying the view and ocean breezes. The manager could not have been nicer and even commented that my French accent was good. I had a smoked swordfish roll with goat cheese inside laid on a delicious salad. I love how the French come up with new inventive delicious ideas. My husband had seared ahi with vegetables and artichoke purée which he said was terrific. We were joined with another couple who said their lunches were excellent. Bravo St. James!!
