In the middle of an amazing natural environment, stands this unique place hotel and restaurant, owned by Eric Guerin, a guy from the region that came back to his homeland after having travelled in a few interesting places. His cuisine his graphically beautiful, enhances local products with a subtile touch of Asia and of modernity, the result is well balanced, surprising but understandable, and a very interesting value for money !!!

This place is just minutes from the pace at which we were staying. The waitress was lovely and very helpful. I am not a great lover of crepes and gallettes but my wife is and said they were very good. I had a salad which was great. Well worth a visit

This was a last minute choice for Sunday lunch when the auberge we intended was closed. It was terrific. Wonderful young couple running the place. Excellent galettes and cidre. They were friendly and helpful. Convenient parking just across the street. Highly recommend.

After a long walk in the area (18 kilometers) we stopped at the Auberge de Kerhinet for a drink and some snacks. The setting was lovely, outside among flowers, and the waitress was very helpful. Even though it was time for coffee and pastries, she managed to get a paté for my husband. The paté as well as the cake "nantais" were delicious, and we will come back for sure when we are back in the region. It was a very pleasant surprise to get such high quality food and friendly service in such a remote area. They certainly did not take advantage of the fact that they are the only restaurante in Kerhinet.

Cold & wet after our boat & horse ride around the marshes, we were glad to get inside here. Although very full with a coach party we received excellent service & fantastic gallettes.

After a punt around the marshes, which was the highlight of our day and definitely recommended, we stopped off for a late lunch at Auberge de Breca, which seemed our best bet in the area! We enjoyed our meal, which was good but not outstanding. I would recommend Auberge if you were in this area and enjoying the marshes by boat or horse and trap, but not necessarily worthy of a special trip just for the culinary experience. The service was better than most we had in the area over this busy weekend.

We were staying close to St Lyphard and we're looking for a restaurant to celebrate a birthday. This lovely restaurant was just what was needed for the celebration. The menu whilst not extensive was more than adequate, changes monthly and the quality was excellent. The choice of wines was also good and we had a nice Longodoc and a good White Burgundy. The full menu including entree, plat and dessert was â¬32 which for the quality of food was really good.
