Every meal during our 8 night stay was a superb experience, with the highlight being the beef cheek with fresh truffles. A 4 course set menu at 38 Euros is served at around 2000. If you have allergies or dislikes Andonis will always cater for them. The value for money is superb, we did not eat better in our whole extended French trip. Philippe, who runs front of house, provides an excellent wine list and takes pleasure in guiding your choice, both to match the food and to encourage you to try the many different southern wines, which are all reasonably priced. All the food is locally sourced, with some grown in their own garden. If the weather is good, you can eat outside on the terrace overlooking a lovely valley.

Authenticity and conviviality in a family atmosphere. La Table du Pavillon, is a local restaurant that serves delicious regional cuisine. In winter the fireplace and summer on the flowered terrace in the shade of old trees. The restaurant is open from 12:
Great meal, wonderful wine suggestions. They were even able to adapt the menu slightly for my shellfish allergy. Excellent and fresh.
Nice little restaurant with great surroundings by the lac de saint ferreol (lake). Had a family meal and the food was lovely. We ordered skewers with different meats from a set menu and it was served in a quirky way. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and thought it was great value for money. Could done with some background music or something though as it was a little quiet but still worth a visit. Thank you for a lovely meal.

Arrived hot and tired in Puylaurens and dining options were limited. We saw that Chez Henri got good reviews so decided to try it. There's a limited menu but you will find something you like - I had the garlic chicken which was very tasty (lots of garlic!). It's good basic cooking and with a half a carafe of wine doesn't cost the earth. The owner works hard as he is both cook, waiter and I assume chief bottle washer. But he has a calm unhurried air about him so it's quite a relaxed experience.

We are regular visitors to this Auberge and are never disappointed. The owners are extremely friendly and patient with our pigeon-French. The food represents excellent value for money, especially the 3 course set menu on Sunday lunch time. They also serve excellent pizzas from their wood-fired pizza oven. The place is a real magnet for locals and families enjoying a relaxing lunch or dinner. Highly recommend
