La petite restauration est de qualité et à prix corrects. L'accueil est excellent et le patron n'est pas avare en suggestions pour les visites touristiques. Un établissement vraiment sympathique.

La Winstub du Casino will remind you the warmth and friendliness of old Alsatian restaurants in a modern atmosphere.Come and taste our meals and menus combining local products, tradition and modernity. Our Chef Oliver Meder and his team will delight your
I was to this restaurant during last days. My hotel indicated to me as "the best place for dinner in Niederbroon"... I tasted an Alsatian specialty, which greatly disappointed me. Too much oil and salt, too spicypaid too much, sufficient serviceWe thank you for your comment about our new restaurant. The traditional alsatian cuisine proposed by our Chef is really greedy and generous. This kind of cuisine is known for having great taste and spices. We also propose lighter dishes which match more to your tastes. We want to apologize for being able to fully satisfy you for this first experience in our place. The all restaurant team stay on hand to offer advises in choosing your meal.Best regards

Had an excellent Sunday lunch here; waited quite some time to order with no offer of an aperitif. We then waited ages for food to appear but it was a nice surprise to be brought an amuse Bouche after about half an hour! After another half hour our main courses arrived.....superb food. My husband had duck breast, a very large portion beautifully presented with ( unusually for France) a selection of vegetables. Noodles were good and generous. I had Cordon Bleu with a delicious mushroom sauce served separately and it was delicious and also served with vegetables and excellent chips. We would have liked a dessert and coffee but after yet another very long wait we decided to just pay the bill. The strange part of the experience was that at no time did the waiter or waitress make eye contact with us, yet service was not unfriendly. We noticed that service for everyone was slow but it was fair. Clearly everyone was served in turn and food was cooked to order. This was Sunday lunch and groups were in, the restaurant was full so maybe during the week service is a little less leisurely. If you have the time I would certainly recommend eating here.

This small restaurant is very nice, and everything about it indicates first class. The menu was exciting and diverse, and we ordered the preferred wine with each entres and plates. The wait staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. However, unlike the glowing reviews, I would rate my experience as a 8/10. The portions were very small, and the overall experience and food my wife and I had was better at Hotel Le Moulin's restaurant (just a few blocks away).the evening before. Maybe we tried the Les Cygnes restaurant on a night the head chef was not in residence? Both Hotel Les Moulin and Les Cygnes Restaurant are places I want to visit again

Though it seems to be a real treat to stay in a hotel with its quaint Michelin rated restaurant, the experience for us is disappointing. If you do not speak French or German, think twice about visiting this high priced restaurant.Dinner is served from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. The restaurant is open sporadically, sometimes on different days for lunch and/or dinner and space is limited. The menus are written in German and French and the staff do not speak English adequately to provide explanations. It is impossible to understand the menu fixed prix options, and other than understanding the primary meat in each course offering, details are obscure. There is a list of daily special items, but knowing what they are or how they fit into the food plan remains a mystery. The hostess is able to provide a minimal and basic interpretation of the menu, but forget about finding out what the items are that are served between courses. As each flight is presented, the waiter explains what he is serving in French, despite knowing we do not speak the language. Though the mushroom ravioli with sautéed liver is excellent, the stuffed squab is chewy and blandly seasoned. My wife has sea bass that is cooked appropriately but over salted. Desert is excellent. There is a descent wine list, without which the dining experience for us is a waste of our time and money.

The restaurant of MULLER Wellness & Spa Hotel welcomes you to its gourmet restaurant in Niederbronn-les-Bains. Not far from Strasbourg and Haguenau, the restaurant cuisine is inspired by Alsatian tradition. On the menu or a la carte, you will find stews a
I visited this restaurant once (would love to return). Iâm not completely used to dining alone but this place made me feel comfortable. It has a chique feeling at first but it actually is a warm and friendly place. I had the regional menu, first time âpresskopfâ and start to finish enjoyed my meal. Staff friendly and attentive. Merci!

Had dinner with a colleague here during a stay in the area. Ratings on tripadvisor sent me here, And I was not disappointed! Atmosphere was great, the room was full on a Tuesday evening. The staff were efficient, polite and almost unnoticeable, which is a great plus. The menu contains only a smaller number of dishes that all seem to be put together from local ingredients. The food we got was perfectly cooked, presented and delivered, as well as the recommended wind.A really great meal at a reasonable price, given the high quality!

Keen and efficient young staff, a good welcome, a pleasant table and an excellent Alsatian menu. Full marks all round fro ambience, efficiency, cuisine and enjoyment. It was good to see a young team so clearly popular, the restaurant being pleasantly filled all evening. Recommended to us by our hostess in nearby Reichshoffen as the best local place to eat; she was certainly right! Best book to be sure to have a table.
