LE BISTRO - the place close to town with easy access and parking where you can eat rapidly (or not if you prefer not to :-) ) delicious Creole and French dishes at very affordable prices . Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and sweets . Open from Monday to F
Le Bistro is a very cosy restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are mostly French-speakers but they speak other languages as well and are very welcoming. The menu ha few options but whatever is on offer is definitely worth. My colleagues and I had a birthday lunch there and we had a wonderful time. The food came warm and served with a smile and we didn't even have to wait long. I ordered grilled squid in spicy sauce and a serving of steamed vegetable. The portion is a bit small but the price is right. The dessert was just fantastic and comes highly recommended- they are also very affordable.Overall it's a great place (very busy during lunch time) but it's a shame they close at 17h00. They should really consider opening unti later (say, dinner) and weekends. It's a great change from your ordinary french restaurant as it really gives you a local taste of Seychelles.

Our Chef combines French classic gastronomy with Seychellesâ rich culinary history drawing from both Africa and Asia.
I really enjoyed three fabulous service and the romantic atmosphere created by the lights on the deck and the fish swimming in droves in the ocean outside! The Criole Bouillabaisse was a superb dish! A good selection of wines and breads as well.Dear Perry B,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback on Tripadvisor! The only restaurant right on the beach a few meters away from the Indian ocean ! Lunch light on the terrace, select your preferred tapas or taste a succulent ice cream in the afternoon in between dips in the sea. Enjoy magnificent sundown while enjoying d
We have waited 20 minutes to our order to be taken. Then after 30 minutes we got drinks. After another 10 minutes of waiting they have told us that the dish we order is out of stock. So we waited across 50 minutes and left hungry at the end. Wouldn't recommend that place to anybody.

Lovely ambience to the whole place. Past colonialism meets future food excellence. We were met with a smile and helped to outdoor seating overlooking the growing sugar cane. The facility is not just a restaurant but also a Rum distillery. Obviously the pre-dinner cocktails had a rum theme. We had a beached Mojito and a rum Negario. Both tasted great. Food was a high quality. Prawns with seaweed and veal/tuna for starters. Both very good. The mains were even better. Kingfish wrapped in bacon. And duo fish. Oh my word. The taste of both was lovely. Great job by the chef and the staff. This is a MUST visit place for anyone visiting the Seychelles.
