Special cafe with escargot dishes placed in heart of old Lviv city. Unique French old-fashioned atmosphere mixed with delicious cousins, great vine menu and freshly backed croissants.
This place is a typical French restaurant that is so authentic it has forgotten that it is in Ukraine and charges prices you would normally find in France. The waitress is surly, the chef glowers at you when you pass by the kitchen on the way to the toilet, and the food took over an hour. The prices are steep. Don't be fooled by the per 100g price (which is quite normal in Ukraine) but my duck cost double what the goose costs in the Most Expensive Galician restaurant and was less than half as good. That being said, the snails were tasty, the wine excellent and the location was lovely. Sitting there sipping wine watching the world go by is very pleasant. Just make sure you have loads of time and a fat wallet if you plan on having dinner here.

The place is stylish (something like late years of the 19th century) and it fully corresponds to its location, as it is almost in the middle of Lviv's Old Town. You can find variety of good dishes here - some of them are quite sophisticated and always properly served, however neither of them are big (sorry!) and you should be aware it is not a place for cheap dinner.

The food is good, although the service isn't brilliant. The prices are very reasonable and the interior is cosy.

A fairly new place that sells locally produced cheeses and international wines (the Ukrainian ones are bad). Fair prices and very friendly service. Located in a courtyard but limited seating. The goat and sheep cheeses are great. They also have some nice looking desserts. Recommended.Hello! First of all thank you for review! We love your comments and soon we`ll have new wine card and some interesting cheese meals in winter menu! Saying "Hi" from our cheese experts and to the next visit!
