Last night my husband and I had another delicious meal at DâFloret. Chef Dennis might not be in the kitchen every night but his artistry is, prepared by his sous chef, Maria. She cooked alongside him for many years. I had the salmon and my husband had the scallops. Both dishes were prepared to perfection. Donât miss an opportunity to dine here. You wonât be disappointed. And itâs a BYO. Enjoy!!!

A small restaurant with a genuine French decore and atmosphere. French background music completed the attractive ambience. We had a combo mushroom soup (delicious). extremely fresh and tender mussels and lamb shanks with a very rich sauce. Don't overlook fixed price menu which offers a choice of appetizer and a choice of entrees for just $25 per person. It's very good value.

We had a Saturday night reservation and were seated within 5 minutes. Itâs a very charming and rustic house. The food was good and all entrees come with a sampling of 5 veggies. Appetizers/ salads were also tasty. It was very reasonably priced as well as byob. The only negative is that the room we were in was very dark, however we did adjust to it. Definitely worth a try!

Dinner at the Bistro Rouget was a fantastic experience. I'd been to previous incarnations of this location but this one is by far the best. Nice ambiance, great service and amazing food. The monkfish was divine, as was the shrimp in anchovy butter, wish a lovely side of veggies and scalloped potatoes. The bread is the best this side of France. The appetizers of fresh greens and ravioli were excellent. The desserts--creme brule and berries and ice cream were magnificent. My husband was ready to go the following week! HIghly recommend.
