We went back to Cesar. Easy to book. Nice service. We managed to be around 45 EUR/person for a dinner. Also open on Monday, which is not so common in the area.

This restaurant has an excellent location in the city center, with ample parking possibilities around the corner. The interior decoration is cozy, but sober. In fact, it is a small house in a busy street.Welcome and service are relaxed and efficient. The dishes of the market menu could count on very positive comments from our entire table. The wine was excellent.I could easily find some reason for not giving five stars, but since this restaurant is apparently already under fire by jealous competitors, to be recognized by ridiculous comments, low ratings and a low number of review reports (mostly 1), I gladly ignore a few minor details. Which, looking at them afterwards, are not important at all. In fact, the restaurant is not responsible for our tablemates ... ;-)

This place close to the French border has a classic menu which we didnât touch but it also offers a wide selection of more than excellent ripened beef. We had the fantastic Rubia Gallega with French fries and a salad. Simple but perfect. Excellent and affordable wine menu btw.

Friendly restaurant serving a modest range of extremely good wholesome food. We had a fantastic aubergine quiche with salad and a spaghetti bolognese. The place seemed very popular. Waitress helped us with the menu as we do not speak the language. Would definitely go back if in Kortrijk again.

The Parkhotel's Bistro is the beating heart of the hotel and the most suitable location for both business and family lunches and dinners. You can dine in a cozy and comfortable environment and the multilingual staff serves there you with a smile. The rest
Definetely not my day!!! It was friday evening and the place was packed. However, I have had dinner in other packed places and never been treated as bad. To start with, the dishes they offer are quite simple and expensive, if your consider the quality. I decided to have the Lobster Bisque, the Salmon Carpaccio as well as a glass of "Riesling". I was served a little entree while waiting (nice touch). But then the nightmare began. When the soup arrived, it was poured from a sort of a teapot and the waiter was such in an hurry when he filled the bowl that he spattered more soup on the table and on my shirt than into the bowl. For crying out loud, I serve my dogs better than that. Ridiculous! Later, as the waiter came to remove the bowl he also removed the little "entrée" he had so generoulsly brought at first. I wasn't done! He didn't even asked! He just took it away! What a clueless moron! The fun part is when he asked me if I was finished and I told him: "Yes". I then waited 10 minutes for him to return and ask me if I wanted a dessert or coffee. "No, thank you. Just the bill" You are not going to believe this, but I actually waited 45 minutes. That's right; 45 minutes. And this moron was still serving other tables around me, looking at me from time to time; I figured he was going to realize he had forgotten about me. BUT NO! This brainless geek never did. Ridiculous! So I finally got up and left. Actually left the restaurant. I was so angry that I had decided that I was not going to pay. But I guess my conscience and my upbringing did not allow me to keep on going and yes, I did return to the restaurant and went directly to the manager to explain my anger, which he very politely understood. So, next time, if you ever go there, remember to bring a bib and your laptop. Ridiculous!

The restaurant is quite expensive. You get a little food for it, a grilled piece of salmon with french fries and some sauce. But it tast good. The dessert was very good, self maked ice cream. The salt on the tablet was dirrty. The personal was friendly.

Located in the outskirts of Kortrijk, in a new industrial area, this restaurant is situated in what looks like an old farmhouse. Nice interior decoration and warm welcome. Efficient service. Staff is exclusively female, except for the chef, as far as we could see. Maybe coincidence. The quality/price ratio of the menu is very good. No flexibility was offered to replace an item in the menu. Wines are a little expensive indeed, but well chosen. In a brasserie you may expect a lot of noise. But the acoustics in the room are quite bad. This always happens with a V-shaped ceiling and no other sound-deadening materials.

Central location and definitely a place to visit again. Beautiful inside, great food and good service, particularly on a Friday evening when it was completely full. A lot of artistry went into the presentation and the choice of individual components to each dish

Chef Sébastien keeps surprising us with his new creations, affordable menu and impeccable personal service at the table. And now his wife Sharon seems much more at ease as well. They recently received a well-deserved Michelin star. Gault and Millau on the contrary showed its arbitrariness by only awarding 13 points. In our view, Vol-ver deserves 15 or 16.But the most beautiful thing is that Sébastien and Sharon are not pursuing false goals in life, like a second Michelin star or a higher G&M score. The real goal in life is to be happy with what you are doing. It is more important to have satisfied customers and a healthy family life than to score on meaningless meritocratic criteria. And this is why one feels so good as a customer here. It is not all about the chef: it is about the client. He is a master chef because he knows best how to serve and entertain his guests. We had the Chilean Amayna Syrah again. Delicious wine. Keep it a secret ...Just one small comment: the background music is amenable to improvement. I could suggest a style that would better fit the ambiance of the house and the products of the kitchen.
