唐津市の鏡山中腹にあります。テラスからは唐津湾、虹ノ松原が展望できます。店内は南ヨーロッパのインテリアで開放感があります。ランチは、お店の方の薦めでランチプレートにしました。サラダ、スープなどがお皿に所狭しと乗せられています。勿論デザート、ドリンク付きです。食後に周辺を散歩するのも良いと思います。

The 6 course dinner our group ate in Bistro Shima was absolutely delicious. I simply couldn't fault one single element of our evening in this wonderful husband and wife run restaurant. From the attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes to the incredibly tasty and entirely fresh local ingredients, and the attentive service. I was treated to a vegetable flan served with consommé and broad beans; ham with tomato marinade, parsley and vegetables echube; quenelles of quail with white asparagus, buckwheat and herbs; chicken galantine with lentils; pork stew in a white wine and mustard sauce and to finish the most delicious plum soup with citrus sorbet. My friends also had some wonderful fish and seafood dishes, whilst I felt special care had been taken to provide me with a fish free menu. The couple who run this restaurant were absolutely delightful and I can't praise them highly enough - their food is a real labour of love.

This is a beautiful restaurant, nicely decorated in french classic style.Food is French/Japanese.Here you really should try the famous Wagya beef: thin Karatsugeihinkan Restaurant, marble textured beef, absolutely delicious. Here they have the local version of it from Saga, which is called Sagya.They also served a vegetarian pasta dish that was really very good.The staff is so friendly. The chief cook came to our table to tell about his stay in Paris.

家族の誕生日で利用しました。食べたことないおいしいカルパッチョ！色もキラキラしてました。お肉料理も柔らかくておいしい！お値段はとっても高いです
