Restaurant de cuisine française à cinq minutes de Versailles ! Notre spécialité est la pierrade de viande à volonté. L'ensemble de notre carte est faite maison !
Pilgrimage in this historic, family style, restaurant of the place. Charming atmosphere and pleasant outside terrace with much light and shade. Pet dogs admitted, nice. Only one waiter for 8 busy tables. Steack tartare and Pierrade de boeuf, were of good meat quality, but spillage from the portable grill, and much too big servings causing heads of customers to turn and watch. Slow service. Good on the whole, and recommended for outstanding appetites.

If anyone has difficulty, as I have done, in finding good food at a reasonably price in Versailles, then try La Perle de Saint-Louis. This charming and discrete little restaurant, overlooking one of the city's ancient squares, specialises in fish. The chef not only knows how to cook - he also knows how to present his very generous dishes. La Perle also offers a wine list that is weighted towards the food that it serves. Standards are high, and the grilled turbot really is as good as it looks. Another admirable element is the welcoming and attentive manner of the ladies who serve the tables. I have been there more than once, and I will definitely be eating there again.

Spoke english, very warm friendly and accommodating, most others were local- but we were not made to feel like an unwelcomed tourist. Portions were large - American style but with French attention to quality and detail. I loved this night - we could have stayed there forever but had an engagement at Versailles for an evening concert. WELL DONE MERCI!!!!!

This restaurant is unpretentious but the quality of the food and wines is superb. The fresh dishes of the day were of a high standard and the wine suggestion with each course were great. The owner/front of house was extremely knowledgeable about the wines and all the staff were friendly and approachable. Well done!

Three and a half years ago my wife and I had the great fortune of, completely by chance, discovering a newly opened restaurant on the edge of the old town of Versailles. We knew from the off we'd found something quite special and over the last three years its been a delight to watch a story develop of one of France's great culinary talents not just find his feet, but thrieve, gaining a michelin star in his first year and opening a sister bistro a year after that. Since our fitst visit we have since dined at either Table du 11, or the sister Bistro du 11 maybe a dozen times and on every occasion, we never fail to be impressed. Having been fortunate enough to have dined at 40+ Michelin one or two star establishments, very few can hold a candle to Table du 11. It is, in terms of both service and cuisine, head and shoulders above any other one star restaurant we have dined at and indeed superior to maybe half of the two star restaurants we have frequented. To deliver such consistency, whilst also providing no little invention is indeed a rare thing. In essence if you get the chance to dine here youd be a fool not to take it.

interesting cuisine: tasty but not copious. Sometimes a bit over-fancy. The crab ravioli (using mouli radish instead of pasta) was good, as were the cod and tuna dishes. Wines a bit expensive, although some by the glass available, including a nice Sauvignon val de Loire. Cheverny and Lirac OK but nothing special. Service a bit slow but it was Friday night, and the staff well trained.

My French boyfriend lives in this region and we came to Jouy-en-Josas to visit Le Musée de la Toile de Jouy and stopped in here for lunch first. I had found the address online beforehand and was not disappointed. The dining room and terrace is upstairs and the whole place is very tastefully decorated, just the kind of unique place I appreciate. It was a nice day and we had lunch on their terrace. We both ordered the "formule" which was great value. A special mention for the asian inspired beef and noodle main dish. The large pieces of beef were so tender and tasty and cooked to perfection, " à point" ! The service was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely return here again without hesitation when in Jouy-en-Josas. We really enjoyed our dining experience here.

My wife and I were in the little town and chose the restaurant because of the exterior seating. Nice sun and a good view of the surrounding buildings. We took a salad and the Magret de canard. Both were excellent. We had a beer and two cafes and the total was barely over 30â¬. Excellent value for the price.

Can't go wrong here. Authentic French crepes. Creative combinations and friendly, fast service. We love it here.
