Localizado na Garibaldina, um dos lugares mais lindos do interior de Garibaldi, na região do Vale dos Vinhedos, o bistrô atende aos sábados e domingos das 11 à s 17h30min, com opções de lanches e pratos mais elaborados. Adoramos o escondidinho de batata e aimpim, recheado com ragu de carne ao vinho tinto. Há também opções vegetarianas e veganas, como o sanduÃche caprese, com muzzarela, tomates assados e pesto de mangericão. Fantástico lanche e harmoniza perfeitamente com o espumante rosê da VinÃcola Courmayeur. Aliás, cabe ressaltar que o bistrô está localizado junto à vinÃcola. à possÃvel comprar os produtos da Courmayeur na loja, junto ao bistrô.

The restaurant is in a very privileged place with a charming amenities and a breath taking outside landscape. The attendants are cordial and ready to bring to you all the fabulous dishes developed by chef Israel Santos.I decided to ask for a 5 times menu. All of the dishes available when I was there is in the picture you might find attached. I chose "Creme de abóbora" which was good. And then "Ragu de pinhão e charque" - which was very good. And the masterpiece "Canelone de alho poró com recheio de ragu de coelho com aipin".We managed to get the new chardonnay NUA by Via Una that turns the whole experience unforgettable.You might not get a table without a reservation. Enjoy it!
