Almost never finish my food here because it is always massive but also super tasty. The tastiest starter is the cream scallops. The hosts are really friendly even when they come across you in town. The waitresses are very nice and the karaoke is very delightful. I love this place!!!

Douala is lucky to be blessed with quite a few decent restaurants (or maybe I should say that it is the foodies of Douala who are blessed!), but Le C is certainly one of the best, for a number of reasons. From your arrival in the restaurant, you are made to feel special, and are usually encouraged to sit in the lounge area with a cocktail and some nibbles while studying the menu. There are excellent alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, and the ambience is relaxed and cosy. The service is attentive without being overbearing. The menu is fairly varied, although I usually end up going for either a starter or a main with prawns, as I know they always do them well.I guess that what marks out le C from some other restaurants is the feeling of class and quality. The food is always beautifully presented, you are always made to feel very welcome and the service is very professional - altogether a very good evening out. Highly recommended. The only caveat, as you would expect, is the price - quality like this goes hand in hand with Le C being one of the more expensive restaurants in Douala, but it is still worth going now and then for a treat.

The location is perfect (in the center), there is a parking and the terrace is incredible. The menu is attractive and you have a lot of options, and the foos is tasty. It is my favourite because of the service... the staff are the fastest in town considereing the slow cameroonian style. If I am rushing this is my first option.

What a beautiful restaurant! Kajazoma's expansive seating areas allow guests to choose the area of the restaurant that best fits their needs. The menu is broad with lots of options. Sit in the upper area to receive drinks from the bar. The live music is fun and adds a lot to the restaurant.Note: service can be slow and the pizza takes a long time. The timing isn't always great -- my pizza came out 10 minutes after everyone else's meals arrived.

I have lived in Douala for years and never once thought to visit. Made a change for Valentineâs Day this year and was glad I did. They didnât note our reservation but they had a seat for 2. My advice confirm your reservation the day after you call to book it. The food was awesome. The service was nice and in general the experience was lovely. At the end of the meal, I got given a beautiful rose which I felt for a second I was going to pay for The food prices are high but totally worth it. The wine is quite moderate though. Would definitely revisit

We have been wanting to visit Saga Africa for quite a while since it looks so inviting when you pass. On a practical note itâs great you can park outside even though it is a busy road and inside you have the choice of air conditioning or not, both locations are equally atmospheric. Food was very tasty, I went chinese, my hubby went for pizza, 6,500cfa each. They do loads of local recipes which is great if you fancy Ndole or Poulet dg! Prices seemed a little high for local food, 7,500cfa for half a poulet dg and 10-15,000cfa for roast fish. We were in a large group and everyone enjoyed their meals. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful which is always a bonus. I would thoroughly recommend Saga Africa!

I have rarely enjoyed such an excellent dinner last evening in Douala. Hosted by a good friend we were received by the Manager and owner Gérôme who is from Bretagne and has lived man years in Douala. His recommendations were exceptional (grilled huge shrimps and to start with a cheese based dish which was hit with slices of pear. Truly delicious. And the wine list was also most impressive with the recommended Bordeaux, remarkable. I highly recommend and will go whenever I visit Douala, for family, friends or business associates. Even on my own!

This is an absolute must. Great setting, beautiful décor, cosy, elegant, etc... everything that you want to have a great night out. The welcome is immaculate, the staff are super good and the owner is very friendly and attentive. Then the food... Simply the best for the moment in Yaoundé. Nothing really for vegetarians on the menu but that was not a problem. The Chef made fresh Gnocchis with a tomato and basil sauce that was to die for... (okay we did warn them a couple of hours before showing up). Desserts are simply wonderful. I cannot recommend this place enough. Also has a private dinning room with sitting room for 6 if you're looking for privacy.

Young, fashionable people join business people and guests to enjoy lunch or a late afternoon meal at this sunny Yaounde restaurant beside the Hilton Yaounde hotel's swimming pool. Sip a local cocktail as you enjoy the beach decor and African paintings. Tr
Stayed a couple of times at the Hilton where this restaurant is and actually have mixed feelings... One day it is great the other a bit average and bland. Staff are super friendly, service is great, setting is wonderful... Just not sure... and being a 5-star hotel, it's not cheap.Dear FrediREP,We have received with great interest all your remarks and we thank you.We are delighted that you enjoyed our service and the helpfulness of the staff; and on the other hand sorry that you are not convinced by the quality of the food we offer. However we are happy to know that you have appreciated our staff as well as the service. We hope to receive you again in our restaurant and above all to convince you by the quality of our food.Yours sincerelyClaire Secretary

Named after Cameroon's famous safou fruit tree, this bright, contemporary Yaounde restaurant has views over the Hilton Yoaunde hotel's gardens. Savor international buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner with nightly themes, such as international and loca
I enjoyed the afternoon buffet a great deal. The Safoutier dining experience in Yaoundé is well known, particularly for its entrées and desserts. On this occasion they didn't disappoint. The pasta bar is also very good. I think it would be worthwhile if they also had a buffet towards the end of the day, so you could justify a heavy meal after work and not in the middle of the work day. Still a good experience nonetheless. The staff are also very polite and well trained. KudosDear Francisnm237,Thank you for your interesting feedback. We are verry happy to that you enjoyed your Hilton dining experience in our restaurant. Thank you also for your warm comment about our polite and well trained staff. We share with them your satisfaction. We have took note of your wish about a buffet towards at the end of the day.
