The wine options had Lidio Carraro, very good selection and very good winery. I had the all you can eat option and the meat sauces from the meat fondue were very good, specially the chimichurri and the one with herbs. The fondue was really good, very good taste. The bread was kind of hard but still was good. To close with dinner the chocolate fondue was amazing, very good flavor and the fruits were very fresh. I was on Uber and the Chef offered me a ride to my hotel. The restaurant is in a very privileged place with a charming amenities and a breath taking outside landscape. The attendants are cordial and ready to bring to you all the fabulous dishes developed by chef Israel Santos.I decided to ask for a 5 times menu. All of the dishes available when I was there is in the picture you might find attached. I chose "Creme de abóbora" which was good. And then "Ragu de pinhão e charque" - which was very good. And the masterpiece "Canelone de alho poró com recheio de ragu de coelho com aipin".We managed to get the new chardonnay NUA by Via Una that turns the whole experience unforgettable.You might not get a table without a reservation. Enjoy it!
