there is a menu du jour and also ä la carte which is limited as you would expect in a golf club. This is the best restaurant that the club has had for a number of years. The quality/price is reasonable. A good selection of local wines and friendly staff.

The only decent restaurant open on a Monday evening in Eyguieres, but very glad we visited .On a very warm evening it was pleasant to eat in the quiet courtyard to the restaurant and to enjoy original and flavoursome food made with local ingredients, accompanied by a lovely local rose recommended by our waiter who was very attentive and helpful. A real and pleasant surprise to have sushi made with interesting fillings like ham , goats cheese, foie gras.

Recently opened in the premises previously occupied by Chez Bru, this new chef is maintaining the high standards set by his predecessor. Carefully prepared and beautifully served by attentive staff, the food is innovative and delicious. The sommelier helped us choose well-matched wines which were reasonably priced. The shady courtyard at the back is an oasis of calm - perfect for a long lunch. Weâll visit again.

This intimate, family-run bistro never disappoints. Ambiance? Welcoming and peaceful, delightfully appointed by owner, Christine. Service? Always with a smile and gracious attention. Food? Offering a perfect blend of fine dining and more casual options, expertly prepared and plated by chef Alex and sous-chef, Veerle. We enjoy Aubergine each year we visit Eygalières. If only time for one evening or mid-day dining, this restaurant should be the choice.

After spending the late afternoon and early evening touring the Lavender/Sunflower fields throughout the Valensole region, we arrived @ 10:00pm at Cafe Paulette.Despite the kitchen in the process of closing, the owner's graciously accommodated our party of 4 and served us a wonderful dinner of Veal/Sea Bass along with a local white wine on the recommendation of the owner's wife. She was kind enough to wait on us personally and saw to our every need. We enjoyed the food/service/ambiance so much, that we returned again the following night for another dinner on our last nite in Provence.

This is a place for meat. The vertical BBQ produces. Long-term staff know how to present a steak. Some of us want something between rare and well done. Between saignant et à point. Ask and you'll get medium rare. Staff is good. The hosts are wonderful. Start in the fireplace check-in bar and move to the restaurant bar to place your order. All will be perfect when you arrive at your table. Enjoy.

Typical restaurant: Located in the heart of a lovely Provencal village at the foot of the Alpilles, about twenty kilometers from Salon de Provence between the villages of Eyguiere and Mouries. You will find it nestled in a small street leading from the fo
This local restaurant deserves support but it needs a lot of help.We visited twice in 2016 to give it a chance to settle in. It didn't .Again this year we hoped for improvement ...it hadn't .A set menu for dinner sounded promising . Ravioli of epinard, just ok,stuffed vegetables( potato, aubergine, capsicum, onion), all with the same dry minced meat stuffing and for desert figs on a very hard biscuit. All uninspiring! All pre-prepared so it shouldn't be too difficult for the kitchen to handle. The chef was serving at table with a dirty apron, off putting. It could be a charming venue, some mood lighting and perhaps some soft music would help. The chef should stay in the kitchen and concentrate on improving his cooking and presentation. The hostess is charming. The service is so slow ,it is embarrassing to watch the other bemused diners. We would like to see this restaurant succeed. This critique is meant to help . Let us hope we see an improvement next year.

Six hungry golfers visiting from England, staying in Mouries for one week, noticed this newly opened restaurant and tried it one weekday evening. Extremely good. The chef clearly has great skill and a fine palate. We feared that portion control would disappoint but not at all - we left replete and extremely satisfied. Add to the wonderful food a very well selected wine list, impeccable service and a very cool atmosphere. Thankyou.

In a valley neat Les Baux, this newly renovated and adapted hotel on the base of an old farmstead there is receiving its guests in very well equipped and spacious rooms with nice views of the valley and the surrounding rocks.
