We went to Tête de Cochon after reading the reviews on here.Well, everything we had read was spot on! From the amazing service all the way to amazing food we were not disappointed at all. Even the organic white beer was out of this world.

This is a small colorful attractive room in which you eat wonderful food prepared and served with total charm by a husband and wife team. We had foie-gras and champignons to start, then luscious boeuf. A tasty selection of fromage preceded desserts of chocolate and a tarts citron. I would rank it number one in Annecy!

We went to this restaurant after reading the reviews for Annecy. The whole ambiance of the restaurant was superb. The waitresses were very polite, the champagne and the wine were excellent and the food was utterly gorgeous. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

What a find! This is off the tourist trail but well worth a visit. We had beers, juice for the kids and a medium platter of cheese and meat. It was all delicious, relaxed and friendly surroundings and very welcoming.

We had a wedding anniversary dinner at Le Clos des Sens, and reserved on the strength of good reviews and recommendations from friends and colleagues. Laurent Petit is an acolyte of what he calls "cuisine locavore", which focuses on ingredients found regionally and in the closest lakes (Annecy, Geneva, Bourget). We took the 8 course menu - this was on balance a very good and delectable experience. That no single meat course is served is an element that may get some time to get used to; I did not find this a manco, but my wife and daughter did. The flavour combinations also require getting a little used to in one or two dishes - thus a small plate of trout from Lake Annecy topped with bits of escargots and mushrooms was served with a sauce that we all though was too "acidulée" . The first dish with finely sliced lamelles of mushroom, stuffed with various spices was very good, and so was the dish of 'féra'. Excellent cheese board with local cheeses from Savoie. We had a very good bottle of a local Chignin Bergeron from Gilles Berlioz.... a refaire

The atmosphere is wonderful, friendliest welcome we have recieved in the whole of France. Everything about our visit was amazing. The fresh ingredients and the choice of cheese was exceptional. Im not the biggest cheese fan but gave the local cheese a chance and i was blown away. The local Mont Blonc beers were also very fresh and easy to drink - pretty strong though - 5.9%! Thank you for making our holiday even better. It was a pleasure ! Beautiful holidays :)

The 3-week-holidays had just ended and we were on our way back from the Provence to Zurich, when we felt giving ourselves a last French treat in Annecy Le Vieux - and it turned out to be one of our best dinners in France: I had 'la Miellée' and a daily special 'Coppa', my wife had the one with goat cheese and apples cooked in salty butter - all three 'galettes' were delicious, not mentionning the dessert crêpe with strawberries! (I do many 'crêpes' & 'galettes' myself at home for family & friends, and I will at least try to copy some of the ideas...). An unforgettable end of our holidays!

The restaurant is well placed with beautiful view on the lac. You have the choice to eat in the dining room or on the terrace. Both are nice. Maybe on a very hot day the dining room is more fresh. The food is nice and tasty. We were a large group and everybody liked his or her dish. The price is reasonable on the expensive side. During the week you have "menu marché" which is very good price. The service is the only point that is slightly below what I was expecting. However it is much better that the appalling service you get in Annecy touristic center. What I disliked is the "cold" side of part of the staff. The smiles were rare the communication and advices terse. We were not given enough menu for the table and that was not convenient in our group. But it is true this was on a very hot day, so I want to believe this was the reason.Overall I recommend the place and would try again.

A comfy covered and heated terasse. No view but a cosy place. The food is excellent, exquisite. Deserts are killers. The staff is very professional but also friendly and kind. The pice range is more than correct.
