Visiting the Philippines, I always want to eat authentic Filipino food. Mesa is perfect! This restaurant was introduced by a cousin. We had our own room in the back. They ordered pretty much everything in the menu. My favorite are the shrimp, and BBQ dishes. Delicious!!! Also had coconut juice fresh from the coconut.

What i love about Gerry's grill is they have set meal menu good for 5 person which is really affordable. We choose the meal which includes grilled squid and chicken, Pork BBQ skewers, chopseuy for our vegetable and added a plate of sizzling sisig. They all taste delicious that i could not ask for more. Their best seller is their sizzling pork sisig which is indeed the best! its crispiness will ask you for more. Their pork BBQ is also a must try.

Dining experience here was just great! The staff were very courteous and accommodating. My parents who are very picky with food was impressed. The Lechon is just amazing, just as I remembered when I first tried it in Cebu. We also love the Ensaladang Kamatis with Tinapa and this new drink which I believe is made with Sampaloc. I think the only concern that I have is that some of the items in their menu have small servings like the Baked Scallops. Overall, a must try!

An elevated dining experience
We recently celebrated a family birthday party for 20 guests. Price wise, Niu is great value. Compared to hotels, this is more affordable and offers a wide selection of better dishes compared to other non-hotel-based restaurants (rock lobster is available upon request). The ambiance is also more elegant, which is great for dressier occasions. A lot of servers go around so any call is promptly answered. So, why is the rating not a 5? Despite the many hits, Niu lacks a stand-out dish that can identify the resto. It has good variety but none would make you want to go back again soon -- from salad to rice, seafood, carving, drinks and sweets/fruits

The food at Lola Mariaâs will remind you of home. After spending a long time in the Visayas, the taste of traditional Luzon cooking in this restaurant has me going crazy! Their Kare-Kare was scrumptious and will probably be my favorite. Other treats that I loved were their crispy kangkong, their salad options which include traditional vegetables such as okra and talbos ng kamote which you can smother with bagoong. Their dessert bar had options to make halo-halo, and the kakanins were particularly delectable. Will definitely consider bringing my family here cause I have only eaten in this place because of work.

R & J offers a wide range of Filipino comfort food like Kare-Kare, Adobo, Sinigang and of course Bulalo. They also served some Binalot meal wrap on Banana Leaf with free Salted Egg and Tomatoes. The only thing I don't like is the place is quite noisy, not much clean, some part are dark and limited parking space.

Always reliable and good, my local restaurant of choice. Have the sinigang and the bamboo rice. And leave room for dessert (sikreto ni maria clara)

Itâs rare that I go back to the same place to eat during my travels, but thatâs exactly what I did here. For the breakfast lovers only. Highly recommended!!

We reserved one of the two function rooms at Vikings-SM Megamall. The function room can accomodate around 20 persons. There are high chairs that are available but on a first come-first serve basis so you better get one immediately if you are bringing a toddler or child with you. There are also colorful plastic plates for kids. I always go for fresh salmon and tuna on this kind of buffet. There are the usual greens and salads with choices of dressings. Chinese, Filipino, American and pastas are available. Desserts consist of ice creams, cakes, chocolate & strawberry fondue fountain, local sweets like puto bumbong, bibingka, sweet bananas, fruits such as mango, watermelon, pineapple, & melon. However, the buffet may become too crowded during the first couple of hours as guests rush in. Long lines may be experienced to avail of popular food. If you do not prefer to que in line, I suggest you let it pass and go to the not too crowded areas like the japanese sushi area or salad table first then wait until the crowd dispense. For beer lovers, Carlsberg beers can be found in the mini freezer in the drink bar but these can be gone quickly as only limited numbers are available. If consumed you can just avail of the craft beer in the beer dispenser. Self serve free drinks include: cucumber juice, ice teas, softdrinks, fruit water. Overall, you will find something you will like and will never be hungry in this buffet restaurant. .
