Natural Food made from scratch, included daily Artisan Bread. They make their own Ham, smoked Bacon, their own Cheese etc. No soft drinks only fresh juices. Every week there are new Specials on the menu, fresh from the Markets. All the dishes are based on
Amazing food and splendid service. The best salads around too! They also have fresh bread and a lovely selection of organic or local ingredients for your pantry. The owner is a very welcoming Dutch chef who works closely with his wife in the kitchen. The place will be even more fun to go to after the new Ayala mall opens sometime in 2018 since this resto is just across the mall.

A local brought us here to taste an authentic Inasal but we were also overwhelemed that they also serve other grilled chicken parts. We were even able to taste fresh oysters here. Must visit!

This family restaurant has been an all time favorite of many people for quite some time now. Its definitely a restaurant the one must try when visiting Bacolod. Almost of the various dishes are exceptionally good. This visit I can say that the best burger in town is found here.

We picked our own fish and soon it arrived cooked to perfection. We had our dinner in an outdoor setting so heat was an issue but our wonderful waiter kept us supplied with cool drinks. This was a fun experience for us and I would recommend this place

They have amazingly flavorful food. This restaurant is located in one of the side streets in the city. You will know you are near because the traffic slows down and you see a lot of pedestrians crossing the street (customers coming and going). Upon arrival, make sure you secure a table before you line up to chose your food otherwise they wouldnât entertain you. While falling in line, you need to glance at the assortment of fresh seafood being offered and you need to mentally prepare your order. They accept 1/4 K as smallest order. Example 1/2 Kilo of squid cooked adobo style and another 1/2 kilo cooked sizzling, 1 kilo of shrimps cooked in garlic butter, 1 big slice of fish cooked sinigang style and another slice cooked with garlic, scallops, chicken ..... After ordering, they give you a number so the waiter bring to you your order once it is cooked. They have very fast service , at the table, you order for your rice and drinks. As I said they have very tasty food. I think part of the experience is the ambience. The restaurant is a hole in the wall and crudely made up of several levels with long tables and chairs next to each other. They have an airconditioned room but its always full so if you want to stay there you will have to wait for your turn. Actually the whole restaurant is always full. Its noisy because of the crowd. But then the ambience is part of the experience, and when the food is served, everything was well worth the wait.

I read such good reviews of this place that I made it a must-go for dinner in the 1 night I spent in Bacolod with my colleagues. Since I recommended the place, I did have quite high expectations of this restaurant.Upon entering, the decor and service was promising, but unfortunately, food wise, it was not a really memorable dinner. Our group of 3 had the asparagus soup, fish, pork chop and octopus and mixed vegetables, and nothing was outstanding or different in any way. Prices ware reasonable, just that perhaps reviewers gave it a much higher rating than what it really is. Our lunch the next day at a simple canteen was much more tasty and satisfying than 21.

Birthday celebration at Vikings is big thing! They made it to the point that every celebrator feels special. Everything is exquisite - the beautifully designed birthday cake, the jazzy birthday song, the energetic staff grooving with the music and the warm greeting combined with picture-taking with Vikings props and birthday backdrop. It's truly a celebration like no other. Kudos Vikings!

On our last night of our 3 nights vacation, and because it is near our hotel (Avenue Suites), we decided to try this restaurant and their famous Chicken Inasal. The restaurant is spacious, clean, but non-air conditioned. It offers live band music on weekends. Like the Chicken Inasal of Nena's Beth, it is also flavorful and juicy. In fact their chicken is bigger than that of Nena's Beth. I also ordered their La Paz Batchoy which was somewhat disappointing because the soup is diluted and the serving is small. The waiters though are welcoming and efficient.

In Front Of Reclamation Area, Near Sm Mall, Located In The Center Bacolod City...famous In Grilled Chicken...
We were super busy the whole day so we were super hungry by dinner. From Lakawon to Ruins then to Manokan Country. There are a lot of food stalls available. So you just have to find the place with a good deal :) We ordered Isol, Paa, Petcho, Isaw and Atay/Puso. And of course a lot of rice and softdrinks that goes perfect with Inasal. It is super delicious!!! especially with Chicken oil :) The staff are very attentive! We super super love it! very very authentic Inasal compare to the Inasal we are used to in Manila.Highly recommended if you visit Bacolod. It is just across SM. .
