We have been to Moe's many times. The food is pretty good - but we have decided no more Moe's for us. It's too dirty. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the filthy door! Then good luck finding a clean table, food all over the floor. The salsa bar is hardly replenished - spend your money else where.

I noticed that this location was very clean, including the restroom. the staff was very polite--the food was what you would expect from Subway, lots of toppings, fresh items and a good healthy option for a fast food meal. I appreciate their efforts to provide veggie options and meals that are not fried.

Two great meals at Bill Grays while visiting Webster. The first time we had Italian Sausage (which is a patty, not a link) with hot sauce (unique!) and onions on a hard roll. It doesnt fit on the roll (see pics), and a cheeseburger. The second visit we had haddock fish sandwiches. Again, the fish didnt fit in the roll. It was like a whole fish fry. Get an Aunt Rosie Loganberry to go with your meal. Bought a jar of hot sauce to take home. Had an Abbotts custard on the way out. Super.

In the past I would have given them a higher rating but the last couple of visits the sub rolls have been dry. Perhaps having a sub at dinner time means the rolls have been sitting out all day. The good news is that they don't skimp on the meat nor on the toppings. And I do love their oil dressing - lots of it. Generally the service is very fast at peak times like lunch when they are fully staffed but it can be slower in the evening when they have fewer workers.

This one is cleaner than some of the Bill Gray's locations and the burgers appear to be hand-made, but it still isn't anything special. There are lots of better options in the area... Five Guys is nearby and much better.

I wasn't happy at all with Wegman's this morning. I prefer this location because they have better selections at the marketplace than the others. I bypassed 3 Wegman's to get here and with surprise they didn't have the salad bar ready or anything else. I will not come back to this location again. I looked at the store hours to clarify the time and it had 8:30am to 9:00pm for the marketplace. I always come here to pick up my healthy lunch. I'm not happy and left with nothing. On my way to Pittsford. That's the largest one anyway. I didn't want to take that long drive, but I want to be satisfied and stay healthy.
