Ambiance -- Mom and Pop feelStaff -- Curt and impersonalFreshness -- freshly cooked frozen foodInterior -- Greasy. Whole inside needs a power washer floor to ceiling.Prices -- low.Milkshake -- ELITE status.Bathroom -- Lousy.Worth another visit. Restaurant operating well under its potential. The low prices and milkshake salvaged the experience.
There is not a lot of choices for kids if your going through a drive thru . We wanted something beyond chicken nuggets for our 3 1/2 year old. We got him the turkey sandwich kids meal . He devoured it ! Our sandwiches were very good too . Just know you'll have to wait a bit for larges . Tasty !
Arby's is a leading global quick-service restaurant company operating and franchising over 3,400 restaurants worldwide. Arby's was the first nationally franchised, coast-to-coast sandwich chain and has been serving fresh, craveable meals since it opened i
Ordered at the drive-thru and I will admit it has improved since I was there last, probably 8 mos earlier. People were friendly and helpful, got my food in a reasonable time. The outside was pretty trashy. Building needs a new coat of paint, it's looking pretty bad. I enjoyed the food and the new menu items. I will be back.
What makes one Subway different from another "franchise"? The people. The food here is a great standard like all the stores. They seem to hold back on main items when other stores give you more but i understand. The only problem i have seen here is the "customer service". I know its difficult in these times to hire teenagers but this store evidently can only find the ones who "dont want to be there and dont care that youve showed up". And it seems like in "these times" when the millennials and post millennials can only relate to people when their head and eyes are glued to their smart phones i guess this will become the new social standard. The workers here have the personality of a standard "2x4" (a piece of dry un emotional lumber). I at times will drive across town or other places to where at least when i walk in for service people at least "almost act like they care" that i came in to spend my money. (I guess thats why my "go to place in Victoria" is China B....good food and the staff at least has a smile on their face and waits on you!). I have been to other subways (like the one in Pt Lavaca) and they seem to have a little more enthusiasm...and the portions are more.So you decide. Thanks!
